The food here is great. The ice cream is divine like Dairy Queen ice cream always is. The chicken in the chicken strip basket was a little tough to chew for me, but the french fries, union rings, and sundaes were great. One of the workers must’ve been new, she got us confused with another table, but it’s fine, no harm done. It seemed like she was in training, as I heard her asking the others working there questions.

Placed my order at 8:06. Finally got food out of the window around 8:15. When it was handed to me I asked “is this everything?” Was told yes, but seemed light for my order so I parked and checked. Was missing an entire Chicken Strip basket with cheese curds. Tried to go inside to get it and all the doors where locked (was surprised because people where still eating) got back in line and let them know at the box why and she said “go a head and pull around” so we waited another 20 minutes in drive through and at the window. The 1st time I was there they asked if i wanted any dipping sauce and I said “just the gravy it comes with” I was asked this the second time around only to be told “we are out of gravy” so after all this I still didn’t get exactly what I was expecting. Had I been met with some empathy or even and explanation I might not have been so upset. But i just spent 30 minuets in my car with screaming hungry kids and i was quite frusterated.

Ordered 2 Blizzards and 2 chicken strip baskets, one with BBQ. After waiting about 5 minutes after getting our blizzards and watching one order of chicken strips sit on the counter, the guy asked what we ordered and we repeated it. Yet another 5 minutes later, and he comes back to tell us he only put one order in, hands it to us, and tells us to have a good day….. not to mention, it’s supposed to come with a drink we were never offered, but our receipt says we ordered water. Get it together! We were the only car in line and there were 2 women sitting inside.

It’s a dairy queen not much else to say about it. Just offers average dairy queen fare. I did order one of their “flamethrower” burgers and when I got home and looked inside it literally had a tiny patch of their “flamethrower” sauce on one side of the burger, very disappointing.

I came through the drive through on August 6th, 2022 at around 3:20PM. The kid at the window charged me $12.99 for a small blizzard instead of its actual price of $3.69 and gave me back the incorrect amount of change. I questioned the price and asked him to double check and his response was, “the price is outrageous right now, it’s all the inflation.” He did not offer a receipt either.

All the years I’ve been going here and it’s been just normal and decent for food and service but tonight the young lady at the drive thru was exceptional, even after a line up of cars. I gave 3 stars because I’m not sure how to rate the crispy chicken. I think I had more breading than chicken so I don’t know if I bought a chicken or a breading sandwich.

I Came through drive-thru and got a chocolate milkshake that was actually vanilla. Because unfortunately there was very little chocolate. The girl at the window this evening was extremely rude and doesn’t know customer service at all.
