Outside in drive up litter on ground, totally unkempt appearance. Window with filthy and man who took our order for ice cream had filthy hands and face. Very polite, and quick service. Employees appear unclean and one person had to use a walker inside and outside to go smoke. It was disgusting and we won’t return unless this gets cleaned up! Someone is going to get sick.

Service was ok they were nice at the screen but once I went around to the window there was no acknowledgment for at least 5 minutes. On top of that it took 15-20 minutes for my food to come out.I didn’t receive a receipt. I had gotten the sauced and tossed honey bbq chicken strip basket. everything seemed fine while eating it, but now I am constantly throwing up with some of the worst stomach pain I’ve had please do better this is ridiculous.

The food was good, the restaurant was clean, and the clerk was friendly. She asked if I wanted bacon added to my burger for no charge. I cannot remember her name, but I greatly appreciate her customer service and will go back.

The chicken strips, fries, and blizzard’s here are wonderful, however, there is a cashier here who should work for an auctioneer….not for Dairy Queen. I asked the manager and her 3x about the flowers they had in a vase, and was outright ignored! Also, the tables and seats were dirty with crumbs on half a dozen tables, on a slow Tuesday.

Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. With only one car ahead of us it took about 20-25 minutes to get our food. The cashier was nice-ish enough, but it wasn’t even until after they made us pay that they said they had no ice for the drinks. And my chicken strips were little kid sized. Mediocre fries at best. Could’ve had faster food at a sit down restaurant.

Worst DQ I’ve been too. Whenever I visit Warrenton and go there it’s always dirty, not good service. Today the ice cream machine wasn’t working and they were trying to fix it, they had no ice in the pop machine and none in the freezer, but did not tell me this when I placed my order. You would think with a Fred Meyer less than a mile away they would go out purchase some bags of ice. Fries weren’t hot and not very warm either, and every employee working did not have a nice clean appearance for working and serving the public. I’m not returning

Service was slow, only a few working.. I grew up coming here, and use to be a nice clean and fast DQ.. It has gone way down hill, I do not recommend coming and eating here. Worst DQ I have been to ever.. Need to be shut down..

the ladies behind the counter seemed unhappy and even annoyed that my mom & i came in. they were on the phone and drinking a milkshake near the soda machine while we were waiting on the cake we ordered two-three days in advance. not sure what happened but it looked like it got melted a little and refrozen.

This is not a good DQ. It’s pretty dirty overall. The ice machine didn’t have ice, and the employees didn’t seem to care about that until I brought it to their attention. The cashier was in bad need of a pair of nail clippers, and the food came out cold. It wasn’t very busy and I can see why.

Dairy Queen food is fairly average. It’s not bad at all, but not anything special either. However, I think we all know we go there for the ice cream and Blizzard treats. Those are fantastic. Deliveries seem to be accurate lately as of the time of this review.
