DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Honestly I don’t even know why Google wanted me to review this place but here we go. Last year I went to this establishment and placed a big order because I was treating myself to a cheat day. We ordered some food that we received a long with 2 chicken sandwiches which we did NOT receive. We ordered ahead on the app. When we got to the establishment we were told they ran out of chicken breasts for the sandwiches and we would have to go online to receive a refund. We tried to no avail. The refund never came. After a week of trying to dispute it I was finally contacted by a manager. HE personally called me and after a short conversation he said he would get back to me. He never did any such thing. I tried to dispute part of this transaction for months and contacted corporate several times. I never received any compensation for the $20 spent on those two chicken sandwiches that I NEVER received. Even with receipts and names of the employees I still had no refund or compensation. That was the last time we went there. I refuse to spend my money somewhere that chooses to steal money from it’s customers. I honestly loved this place and would treat myself occasionally and this was one of those times but never again.

Got everything I asked for but the chicken was pretty small and one of my rolls was smashed. Got a 4pc and 2 of the pieces are half the size of a normal piece and the other two are skimpy. Half spicy half original but the cooks barely seasoned the spicy chicken. The lady that took my order was great.

Got a 2pc combo with 2 wings, dirty rice and a roll. I didn’t want the soda so they gave another side. That was cool. Wings was cooked just right. The dirty rice was on point. Oh yeah I got 3 fried shrimp as well. They were nice and crunchy.

Very clean restaurant. The food was absolutely perfect. Some of the staff were outside smoking as I sat at the drive thru waiting to order for almost 5 minutes. Finally, I just parked and went inside. I found it strange that none of the outside lights were turned on. It was at 825 at night. We ate outside at the patio.

Got home only had half of my order. Try calling the store it goes to voice mail. Drive back and the manager has a attitude. Because he messed up the order. 2nd time thus has happen to me in Marshall.
