Tried to a meal deal seeing the sign from the street that it was open. 9pm. They told me they were out of hamburger meat. Wow. That is 90% of what they cook. And no iced tea!!!! Cannot believe it!!!

Terrible experience! We stopped in at 8:30 pm. DQ had the shortest lines, so I took my kids there. My husband went to the Asian restaurant that had a line 3x as long and I was 3rd in line at DQ. We finally get up to the cashier. The cashier was very nice, but very slow. By this time my husband already had his food and was waiting for us. She literally said “I’m going to take your drink order one at a time to slow the line down.” This is when I discovered she charged us for 4 meals instead of 3. She had to call for her manager to reimburse me. There is only 1 manager for all restaurants and some stores. While waiting, the cashier would not take anymore orders, which I thought was odd. The manager came to refund me. The manager saw how slow everything was going and told them to stop taking orders until they were caught up. It took almost 20 minutes to refund my money. I then waited another 25 minutes to get my food. There were only 3 orders pushed out before mine while I was waiting. There was absolutely no reason for the service to be so slow. I was watching multiple staff standing in the back watching the screens. I counted 1 cashier and 6 other staff. The burgers were dry and overcooked. My kids wanted ice cream, but they still were not taking orders 30 minutes later. Don’t waste your time at this DQ.

The cashier was chilling in the back for at least 15 min and there were huge line at the cashier. (they knew us customers were lining up) I ordered the chicken strip and I never knew chicken can be cooked that bad. It was not edible. I had a bite and had to throw them away.

I am fuming with the service and attitude I received at this circus circus dq. The receipt order didn’t allow me to submit a feedback form but I wanted to inform you of the terrible service I literally just received. I had put in my order at 742pm and just received it at 846pm, a little over an hour of waiting. However, the wait time is not what bothered me. It was the attitude of the (presumably) manager that I would like to report. I had inquired about my order after the number 73 was called (I was number 66) and was told that they had not even started the order yet. That was fine, I get it they were busy and all the associates were working extremely hard. However after I inquired once more after waiting another 20 minutes to another associate, the manager claimed that the order was done a long time ago, and that she was working with another customer who has been waiting 20 minutes (at this point I had been waiting 40 minutes), barely acknowledging my issue. Her tone and attitude insinuated that we had missed our order because we were not paying attention. I was standing at the front counter from the moment I put in my order until this altercation. In the entirety of that, my order, 66 was not called. Luckily the associate immediately took my receipt and made my order which I was thankful for. However the way I was treated was totally uncalled for as I was patiently waiting for my order the entire time.

Went there at about 7pm and ordered 2 peanut buster parfaits and a vanilla shake. The peanut buster parfaits were made with chocolate syrup instead of hot fudge. Peanuts were only added to the top of the parfait instead of at the bottom, middle and top. So I basically paid 9 bucks each for chocolate sundaes. Customer service is horrible. When i mentioned that’s not how they are made I was told that’s how they make them there. While waiting for my order the cashier told all 5 people/families they were only serving ice cream not food. Corporate Dairy Queen really needs to intervene. This DQ makes other DQ’s who do things right look so wrong.

Based on the other reviews I’ve read, it’s clear this location has poor management and staff training however i feel the owner does not care because this store is at a prime location with high traffic, capitalizing on circus circus crowd.

By far the worst experience ever at a fast food place No refills so if you’re gonna eat their dry food make sure you get a large. This location is only worried about the money they make not about guest perspective. Which is sad circus circus would allow such a sorry business in their establishment

I got a blizzard from here earlier today as i stay at circus circus today. They charged me 8$ firstly. Secondly the staff said that it would be delayed because there were so many orders when only 3 people were waiting and a bunch of people waiting in line. After 5-7 minutes of waiting they finally gave it and said “im not flipping over your blizzard why would i because its a hotel food court.

So I tried doing the review on a receipt but this location doesn’t have a phone number so I’m not even able to do the official fw feedback. Anyways, the cashier (who’s name according to the receipt is Lavender) had major attitude problems with me for no reason, not my fault she hates her job. I ordered two freezes and when my girlfriend tried to use a dq coupon she just told us no because apparently they don’t accept coupons here. Then when my cousin tried to order a slush which is prominently featured on their menu she said they don’t do those here either. Even after asking why is it on the menu we got sass saying they just don’t do those here. Bad experience, just go to another location
