It took 25 minutes to get our food and the food was cold when we finally got it. The staff stood around chatting way more than they worked. When I tried to get some sauce for my child’s chicken strips, they refused to give me any because it wasn’t showing on our receipt that we had requested any sauce for the chicken. They told me they can’t just “give it out” to everyone. The dining room was way hot and not very clean.

We had delicious chicken strips. We experienced great service and food. I agree with the previous comment that they need a/c in the restaurant. We sat outside to eat because it was so warm inside.

The employee was great! The heat inside was unbearable but I was able to take my order to go. These poor employees are stuck in the heat their entire shift. They all had bright red faces and are constantly wiping face sweat. To the owners of this restaurant THIS IS NOT OK!!! You need to get them air conditioning or shut down with pay until you do. Absolutely unacceptable. To bad these poor teens don’t do a walk out but they would be in the same temp outside with an excessive heat warning.

The manager is great and very helpful here. We got food, ice cream and an ice cream cake. The ice cream cake was delicious and was well decorated. The manager even wrote on it for us with frosting. There were many choices available, as we didn’t pre order. I highly recommend a Frozen hot chocolate and the chicken strip basket.

The floor is always sticky with black residue. A good cleaning is overdue. It was possibly 80 degrees inside and 95 outside. The ice cream was melting instantly. They didn’t have any lids or a car carrier for our blizzards. Ate them as fast as we could but you can only take so many brain freezes. We don’t live far but we got ice cream in the car seats and on the carpet. Yay said no parent ever.

Had lunch here today, half our french fries were overcooked. My chicken strips were more breading than chicken. The soda machine only had 3 options for drinks and out of those three 2 tasted horrible.

The Blizzard treats were good. I will give them that. But overall the trip was disappointing. We came in for a special promotion they were doing. We asked the drive thru worker if this location was doing the promo price and they told us they were. After receiving our items I realized we had been charged full price on the promo item. When I pointed this out to the staff I was ultimately told that they were unable to honor the promotion price, despite me having the email advertising the offer. Effectively, they told us one price, charged us another, and then refused to resolve the issue when it was brought to their attention. Just feels like bad customer service.

I love DQ as a chain, and this one happens to be closest to my house. Is it kind of a disaster, yep. Will it take a while to get your food, and will your ice cream be melted? Also, yes. If you want something more organized, might be worth it to go across town to the other location. This location needs a lot of help.

Went for dinner with the family. We all ordered combo meals with a small blizzard instead of the drink. My wife asked for a Vanilla blizzard with M&M’s. When our food came, we were missing a burger and frys and had a drink cup. My wife’s blizzard was also made with chocolate ice-creamand very little m&m’s. When trying to fix the order we were told that m&m blizzards are always made with chocolate. My wife told her she requested Vanilla and again was told that at this location m&m blizzards are made with chocolate. We had to be very specific that we want Vanilla ice-cream with M&M’s! Finally they made it. Looking at the recipt, they charged us for a combo with a drink and an extra blizzard, and missed one combo all together and only put in the small blizzard. I had to order the missed combo again.

My husband went through the drive through yesterday and got 2 s’mores blizzards. They didn’t tell him they ran out of the chocolate with the marshmallows inside and basically gave him 2 graham cracker blizzards. He brought back one after we tried calling with no answer. They admitted that they ran out of the chocolate for the blizzard and just decided to put graham crackers and chocolate bits (we didn’t get any chocolate bits in ours) and they didn’t even tell us they were out. Since he only brought one back they only changed one. I am frustrated because they knew they didn’t give us what we ordered and didn’t even let us know or fix the situation as a whole. We brought the receipt, and they would only replace the one that was brought. It was just a frustrating situation. We just wish they would have been transparent about it in the first place and save us all the extra headache and annoyance or at least fix the problem when they admitted that they didn’t get us what we ordered for both blizzards.
