Sadly this is only one of 2 fast food burgers available in star. The OGs is even worse so DQ didnt really have to raise the bar for service or quality. Better to just drive to Nampa or Meridian.

Stopped in for a dipped cone and a Peanut Buster Parfait. Both were great. No issues with slow service at all. We pulled right up to the window and paid. Friendly service. Great experience!

Ok so, me and my friend always used to come in to Dairy Queen as like a hangout treat. But ever so recently the staff, and the food have became drastically worse. Which I guess it’s understandable since it’s a fast food restaurant. Every time we used to get a $7.00 meal deal and replace the sundae with a blizzard. But everytime we order, the cashier always forgets our drink cups, which isn’t really a BIG deal, but it’s still annoying. Our blizzards are never stirred all the way, and the buns on our burgers are always stale . Not only that but after were done eating, my friend and I always get the most gut-wretching stomach aches. The reason I’m giving this a 3 instead of a 1, is cause I have many friends and aquantinces who work hard here. Really your choice if you wanna take the gamble, DQ has there good days.

Used the drive thru and the employee decided to put a fifth drink in the drink carrier. Needless to say, the drink in the middle fell halfway in my car and halfway down the side of my car. There was soda all down my door panel, on my coat, my pants, and the floor of my car that I was trying to clean up. Not to mention soda ran down the outside of my car. Now I have a very sticky mess to clean up. And all they said was sorry. I had to ask for the manager where she said she would refund my meal, but gave me cash back because she says they don’t give refunds to a card. So now I have to deal with a sticky car. Very frustrating!!

I went through the drive thru on 11/06/22 and ordered dinner (4 piece chicken strip meal with 2 gravy cups and large drink) and a large Reese Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard with extra Peanut Butter Cup. My Blizzard was wrong and I said something at the drive thru window and was told no it was right and had the window shut on me. I wasn’t given a receipt. I got home and after eating my meal I put my Blizzard in the freezer because I was full. Monday I had a bad migraine and didn’t eat much. Today 11/08/22 I pulled my Blizzard out to eat it and not only is it wrong I can’t even get the restaurant in the phone to do anything about it. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this to me either. I’ve stopped trying to order my chicken strip meal the way I like it because they can’t get that right either. I realize if is teenager working there but this is really frustrating as a paying customer that I can’t get what I’ve asked and paid for.
