Drive thru was steady at this location. Stopped here from the highway,(easy on, and off here), just sat in the parking lot. They team was getting the cars out as fast as they came in pretty much. Gotta get a blizzard if you stop in.. treat yourself.

Went to Dairy Queen here at Tuesday at 8:35pm. The lobby closes at 9pm. When we tried to go in, the lobby doors were locked. When getting attention of the employee they looked over and continued to ignore me. I posted the picture showing the time i was there along with the time they closed the lobby. Very disappointed.

Ordered my son a birthday cake 3 weeks ahead. On day of pickup I was broke down out of town. I called them and set pickup for next day after 1. We arrived at 3 pm and cake was not started. The manager made us a quick cake. We went straight home and bday party waiting on us. However with in 10 min to get home cake was melted.

The place was really busy but it was lunchtime. Order taker at the drive-thru was polite and understandable. The double cheeseburger was cooked to perfection andthe fries were fresh, hot, and crispy. I even received napkins and ketchup without having to ask. I wish the DQs in Denver were this good!

**Edit: 1/28. I was never refunded by anyone for not getting my order.** Now I only eat at other restaurants. The money they $tole is all they are getting, ever. Store says call corporate, corporate says call store. I’d call every single time to make sure the lobby is actually open if I planned to ever eat here again. Dozens of orders lost because they had to $teal.
I ordered counter pickup on the mobile app. When I arrived, it was 90 degrees outside and there were cars out to Main Street. The lobby was closed, and they had no way to refund me they said on the phone. Now the 1800# customer service people say the restaurant has to refund.
Both corporate phone and local staff thought it was reasonable to ask me to walk through the drive thru behind all those cars. 3rd time the lobby has been closed for an embarrasing order for me.
I had a guy behind me revving his engine at me when the line did die down and I tried walking through.
The owner left a response with a link that doesn’t help. The store tells me to call the corporate # and the corporate # tells me the store has to initiate a refund. I’m just going to do a chargeback since I didn’t receive anything for my money.
It was a mobile order.

Yesterday was my daughters birthday, I ordered an ice cream cake a.few days before to be ready by 3pm, got there after grocery shopping. They said no one made my cake I ordered. They said they were going to make it, all.the while my groceries sitting in the heat. They brought my cake out and it looked like a.toddler decorated it. So disappointed for my daughters 13th birthday. They did give me a 5 dollar discount.

Nothing like waiting 30 minutes for your food just because you used the app. Watched the store clear out. The app the entire time saying the order is being made. Was not started until i asked how much longer. “Beat the wait and line with the app” they say. Use the drive thru as it was the first major priority. Using the app makes you last priority.

One particular guy working the window offered my dog a pup cup. First time ever! Then he saw we had 2 more dogs in the vehicle and gave all 3 of them a cup.
