Just a heads-up for anyone coming here:
There’s a guy with curly hair who tends to get an attitude when you point out mistakes or ask for something he messed up. I simply asked for a couple of items that were missing, and instead of fixing the issue politely, he gave me an attitude—even though the error was on his part.

Food was good. Service So-So. Went to drive thru to order. Had to wait for childrens meal and chilli. Had to park and wait for order. It was brought out but NO napkins. Then I noticed NO spoons?????

I just recently door dashed food which was cold and a taco salad that they forgot to put the chili, the manager is gonna say it doesn’t come with chili. I worked Wendy’s 16 years ago and it always comes with chili. This place is some trash, the store manager is slow as hell, the only insane person is Norma….get a better staff with good manners

Check your order before leaving. Mine was missing a burger. I called the manager and he said ok to picking up the missing burger the following day. I ordered a salad and got the wrong dressing. I should have checked that too.

Just got a small biggie bag with a frosty. The double stack meat tastes like it had been in water no taste at all the frosty left a nasty taste in my mouth like cleaning products the food was awful. I’m so glad I spent 6and change. I can’t even finish the burger or the chicken

Went to this location near Potomac Mills mall in order to pick up an order, but was disparage by the shift leader and cursed it in his native tongue and was surprised that I actually understood him but then when I called him out on this, try to change up his story. I even contacted the district manager to let him know that his shift leader was saying disparaging remarks about the customers to visit their facilities and their native tongue. I also let him know it should not shock people that other people of different cultures and ethnicities no other languages into the mindful what you’re saying about your customers

Honestly they were very rude in the drive through and very antisocial. I’ve never been to a Wendy’s that didn’t cut the chicken for a salad so thank you for wasting my money today. Have yet to have a decent experience at this location.

Came through about 6pm and the service was very very slow. To make matters worse the server argued about a missing Frosty in my order. They simply forgot to put it in the order and instead of making it right they argued the request was never made. No worth the argument. So many other options than Windy’s to choose from.

One of the manager told me his name was “DUY”. He took my order wrong and refused to give the refund through my card. He insisted on cash saying that it’s not his fault. Very bad customer service.

LOCATION: Easy access from Potomac Mills outlet mall area and I-95 freeway.
FACILITY: Clean. Standard Wendy’s fast food building and interior decor. Restroom was clean when I last visited.
SERVICE: Fast & Accurate (my personal experience)
NOTE 1: Rating is relative to fast food restaurants in general. this rating would not be a good reference point for comparing this restaurant to a high-end steakhouse, etc
NOTE 2: Regarding reviews I’ve read for fast food restaurants…
I understand and empathize with folks who drive away with an incorrect order.
I’ve dealt with similar problems (incorrect food &/or $ change) over the years at various restaurants, with the majority of problems occurring at fast food restaurants.
I suggested my family and friends review the accuracy of any drive-thru order at ANY restaurant before departing.
A few years back I gave the situation some thought & realized something…
1. Staff at most fast food restaurants are overworked and underpaid (minimum wage)
2. Staff are often very young and still developing their personal/professional work ethic and focus
3. I need to take more PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY for the things I can control, such as VERIFYING the $ change as well as the food in the bag , BEFORE DRIVING AWAY
