Came in for a cookie dough ice cream pie of course none in the freezer asked the manager if they had any in the back and of course none. This is like the 5th time. Nothing ever stocked our front in the freezer. Also lady Manger was rude full of excuses.

Ordered meals with upgrade blizzard. They charged me for a medium blizzard in assuring to the “meal” price, then refused to give us drinks. I ordered chocolate but got vanilla and there was no cheese on my cheeseburger. Blizzard was running over side when i got it, asked for a lid and it was quite the inconvenience for the employee to help clean her mess. Terrible customer service. I won’t be going back!

The food was great but I want to give a shout out to Gus. A great employee that showed exemplary customer service. He greeted us the minute we arrived at the counter to order, brought our food to our table and continued to ask if we needed anything else. He was seen cleaning tables and sweeping when not needed at the counter. A strong work ethic and a nice young man.

Usually our food is great and we have great service… but tonight our food was honestly inedible I had about 5 fries in my basket and the gravy was straight water. The girl at the window was very kind but we spent almost $40 dollars for food that was no good 🙁

Order was wrong AGAIN, Bbq strips barely had sauce and no toast included. Also tried the new steakhouse burger that comes with onion rings on it the onion rings were so hard I had to pick them off my sandwich for fear of breaking a tooth. Tired of poor service slow down and get your poop in a group.

I avoid this location, I usually go to the South Locust location because the ice cream is usually almost melted by the time it gets to the window. I only go if I want a shake or a root beer freeze. I don’t get it, I’m not sure why the ice cream is colder at the other location, but I will drive 5 miles out of the way to go there.
