The other arena’s location is awesome, but they do not deliver to our house. This location has gotten our order right, well made and delivered on time only twice out of the seven times we have ordered from them.

Being from NYC always looking for that high quality pizza. I told them who I was and from they made a deal with me if I did not like their pizza I can take it back and get full refund. Let me tell you I could not turn that deal down. I am an honest man. Just visiting Greenville MI, there is a pizza spot right across from me franchise type, I look for that home base pizza place.

Issues below was rectified. Rating was increased. Other than the issue below, we have never once had a problem or issue. Ordered from them last night, two pizza and breadsticks, was told pickup would be 55 min, delivery an hour, waited just shy of 2 hours. When I ordered I told them I was paying with cash. Delivery finally showed up, and he had no cash bag, said he couldn’t give me change for 20$ when I had a 43$ bill and 60$ cash. Gave him the 60, called the store back, ticked because who doesn’t carry a cash bag?! Was told they would have him drive my 17 dollars back out to me. No one showed. I’m beyond annoyed with them, there are multiple pizza options in Rockford, I won’t be back, regardless that this store has been our families go to. Will change this review, if the issue is rectified.

Ordered delivery. It arrived late and lukewarm. The Breadsticks had no flavor, pizza was overcooked and greasy at the same time. With very little toppings on it.The delivery driver was very short and didn’t really know how to conduct business well at all. I handed him the money, told him I needed change. He stuck the money in his pocket, handed me the food. Said the sauces that I ordered were in the box, thanks and walked away. This experience was definitely not at all what I was hoping for. Very disappointed.
