The staff was really nice. We were traveling and this was the only place open for a hot meal. We arrived about 15-20 minutes before closing and the staff was great about it, even though they had done most of their closing procedures and had put most of their stock away they went out of their way to get us a decent meal and allowed us time to relax and eat.

Usually pretty quick, some days the drive through gets backed up, but the employees are kind and work as quick as they can. My orders have always been accurate and fresh, so the small wait isn’t too bad.

Took forever! 1Vehicle in front of me, they received 1 sundae and a blizzard or make, 10 minutes waiting. Young people working, visiting, interested in co-worker that was 2 cars behind me. Took 4 times me telling her my order to get it right. Was visiting while taking order. Did not turn my blizzard upside down. No lid, dripped in car seat. Unprofessional!!!! Did not engage while handing over order, kept turning head back to visit with co-worker. Not pleased at all!!!!! 8:00 pm

I used to work here and i eat here often. The food is good and the service is always friendly. The owners are good people whip actually work at the store. I always enjoy going here. Definitely recommend for a quick bite or an affordable outing with friends or family.

It was horrible! So much mustard in the cheeseburgers it was dripping out of the buns. Literally that’s all you could taste! I also ordered onions on my cheeseburger and there were none. We ordered the 2 for 4 with small ice waters and the bill came up to 13 something…they charged the ice waters as if it was on the 2 for 4. 4 dollar ice waters…..seriously? Actually I think the gal at the window messed up and just didnt know how or didnt want to take the time to fix it. Will NEVER be going back to that place…ever!

This place, and unfortunately most Dairy Queens I have been to, are a complete joke. There wasn’t really any customers and all the staff seemed distracted. Something was wrong with the ice cream machine and all you could hear were two girls cackling about it spraying ice cream everywhere. The main order taker must of been high on drugs, she couldn’t figure how to put the items in the bag and literately took 4 minutes to place items from the warmer to the bag and hand them to me. She was doing nothing else during this time. Once of the cooks had to explain to her that a cheeseburger with no cheese was called a hamburger. That must have thrown her for a loop. The owner or manager was visually irritated with the level of service and kept telling employees to hurry up. Will never go back.

This afternoon we stopped in to get two ice cream treats and were met by four employees showing zero concern for filling our paid order. It took for ever! Finally, the manager came out and finished our order. It was a very sad situation where the workers showed no respect or pride in doing their jobs. Very sad. Last time we’ll bother to stop in Norton DQ.

I enjoyed going to dairy Queen for several years. However the past 5x I have went and bought a bacan cheese burger. I got a very small sliver of lettuce. A very small sliver of tomatoe. And one 1/2 of a small sliver of onion. Those three thing do not cost much to put on a hamburger. I am never going back again and will not recommend it to anyone.
