Was SO excited to see that the Frosted Animal Cookie Blizzard was back, only to be met with extreme frustration over what constitutes a “Frosted Animal Cookie Blizzard”. See those TWO tiny pink pieces on the back of the plate…as well as the sparse amount of sprinkles “throughout”. THAT is all that you will receive, when ordering this disappointing Blizzard at our McPherson DQ. After taking it inside, and showing the employee that there was nothing in it, she informed me that they put the alloted amount in, and that I could PURCHASE extra, if I wanted. awesome. Talk about a turn around! The new owners of Dairy Queen have transformed the place so much. The food and ice cream were delicious but more than that the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. Staff was friendly and the owner even came out to the lobby to pick up trays and introduce himself. It was great to visit with him and see his enthusiasm. Wishing them great success in the future!

I had a amazing experience! They have new owners that have changed so many things for the better! There hours are back to normal and they started serving food again. The gal that I talked to was very professional and kind. She said they were also doing a remodel soon. If you had a bad experience in the past, I would definitely recommend giving them another chance!
