We had an amazing experience at Dairy Queen today, and it was all thanks to the staff! Amy went above and beyond to make sure our meal was absolutely perfect. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and genuine care made our visit so enjoyable. It’s rare to find service this thoughtful, and she really made our day special. The service going through the drive through was terrible. The lady taking the orders was rude. Argued with what we were trying to order, refused to order the blizzard we wanted, ordered a similar one instead. Hurried us through the order acting annoyed because we had more than a couple orders. We definitely won’t come back.

Service is quick. Always offer my dog a pup cup. Service counter is crowded with the drink machine, ketchup, etc. We sit outside, good shade and room for our family and dog. $7 meal deal is a great price for a meal and ice cream.

Very disappointed. Came for chicken strips, highly recommended from a friend says they’re the best around. Haven’t given DQ anywhere a try in the last several years. Decided why not. Braved the cold for a meal. Wish I hadn’t. I don’t know who would call these chicken strips. It was supposed to be a 6 piece meal. These are broken pieces of chicken tenders that fell to the bottom of the bag and they were too lazy to cook ones that should actually be served. Come on…..

I went in today to grab a cake out of the freezer that was already made. I asked one of the workers if they could write congratulations on the cake. They said they couldn’t but then decided that they would. The lady said she wasn’t able to write congratulations on the cake so instead she wrote “congrats” I wasn’t able to see the cake when I walked out because the cake container was fogged over. I got home and saw it say congrats. I called the store they were no help. So much for spending 30 dollars on a cake. I wouldn’t suggest going here! Terrible customer service!

This is a nice sit-down indoorsy type of dairy queen. They they serve burgers and fries at this location and you can either eat outdoors drive-thru or eat inside the restaurant. My son and I came down here to have some blizzards and do some homework the reason we chose this location. The staff was very helpful and a 10 of even with the line being very busy and they made our blizzards just as they should and even held them upside down. Never had a trouble with a blizzard yet here can’t wait to try their food here sometime when I’m really hungry and I want something other than Wendy’s Burger King or McDonald’s. Edit, we had food here today and it was excellent the Hamburgers and Fries were wonderful. The staff was courteous even with a big long line waiting in the building and at the drive-thru. I got to use my $10 gift card for doing a Dairy Queen survey. Steph was courteous and nice and apologetic even with the load of work they had. Would come here again for ice cream and burgers five stars!

The drive through was fast and polite enough, but I was handed the messiest dip cone ever. The ice cream was actively melting, the chocolate was very thin, and the entire cone was covered in smeared chocolate. I had to pull over to eat because of all the melting.

Ice cream was soggy when they handed it to me. Had to wait 20 min in car drive through to pick up and order I put in via the app. Wouldn’t complain, as I did see a school bus in their parking lot, but I didn’t even get an attempt at an apology for the wait.

Absolutely terrible. Went and ordered food and ice cream. They gave me the ice cream and then had me pull up while I waited 20 minutes for my food while my dessert melted. And apparently when you order an extra gravy they just take the one that comes with your meal and dump half into another container and then charge you for it.
