Not friendly for a small town in Kansas, I ordered from the DQ app while I was there and it took 30 min.s to get our food, she said they didn’t know I was there but she did know I was there no help from her. Then the girl seemed irritated with me when she messed up my cone and had to make a new one. After I already spent $40 on food horrible service and they are rude even though I didn’t complain there I did here for the review the manager guy looks like he is pre occupied and doesn’t care he just put coupons in my bag for a free ice cream. Poor service all around especially the girl in the lobby doesn’t want to work gets irritated with customers along with all of the other employees that work there.

We love this DQ for the regular “manager’s special”. Always changing, always a good idea. Recently redone interior steps the place up a notch. Of the 7 people with us, only one had a minor issue with their order that was quickly remedied. Drop in and grab a Blizzard, smoothie, or quick bite and enjoy!

The food and ice cream are great here. Staff is pretty decent here. It’s always super packed here every time we are there for some reason. There could be 1 person here when we show up and the 5 minutes later there are 30. Always takes forever to get the food. But it seems they are doing the best they can here to keep up.

It is the worst Dairy Queen we have ever been to. Order a blizzard and a shake and it was really runny. And they said it was because they had made so many today and I was getting liquidity. The service was very poor. Wasted 20 minutes sitting line and 8 or alittle more.

Friendly staff and good food. Was frustrated the location didn’t support mobile ordering or the rewards. I had a trailer load and wanted to order on the app since I couldn’t go round the drive through. Ended up ordering and eating inside, which ended up being nice since the staff was very apologetic for not being a mobile store or doing the rewards.
