Daytime experience has been nothing but positive, however, the experience tonight was dreadful. We ordered thru the app & picked up inside. That part was fine. We got there a little before 9 pm (app didn’t mention anything about lobby closing) food was brought out & we needed honey mustard. I went up to the counter and the gentleman handed it to me & let me know the register was closed, he said we were fine though. Fast forward 15 minutes and a women came up (guessing the shift manager but didn’t catch her name) with the ice cream we order & I thanked her. Her response “lobby closed 20 minutes ago, get out.” Very blunt & rude. We gathered our stuff & we left. She didn’t have to be so rude in her demand. I don’t think we’ll be back anytime soon.

Ordered 4 drinks got no straws , ordered 2 6 piece chicken strip dinners with gravy got all the way home no gravy. Every time I go here it’s dirty and never get anything right. I tried to call to let them know so I could go all the way back and get my gravy but they wouldn’t answer the phone I called 5 times and let ring until something prompted me to enter something

Sent my lady to get some ice cream and mind you I have recently been in a car wreck so my patience is very low but 2 oreo fudge brownie blizzard is what was ordered. they got the order wrong and told her that they were not going to fix it because it’s not what they heard. Had I been in there that girl would have been wearing the ice cream i don’t tolerate disrespect from nobody idc who it is. check your staff. And teach your children respect because there is people that are still old testament out here like myself.

I was treated like dirt by the weekend manager and then by the manager who got other employees to say stuff about me that wasn’t true I don’t go there anymore it’s very obvious the owner doesn’t care about this restaurant or customers or the current manager would be gone

We love this DQ for the regular “manager’s special”. Always changing, always a good idea. Recently redone interior steps the place up a notch. Of the 7 people with us, only one had a minor issue with their order that was quickly remedied. Drop in and grab a Blizzard, smoothie, or quick bite and enjoy!

The food and ice cream are great here. Staff is pretty decent here. It’s always super packed here every time we are there for some reason. There could be 1 person here when we show up and the 5 minutes later there are 30. Always takes forever to get the food. But it seems they are doing the best they can here to keep up.

Not friendly for a small town in Kansas, I ordered from the DQ app while I was there and it took 30 min.s to get our food, she said they didn’t know I was there but she did know I was there no help from her. Then the girl seemed irritated with me when she messed up my cone and had to make a new one. After I already spent $40 on food horrible service and they are rude even though I didn’t complain there I did here for the review the manager guy looks like he is pre occupied and doesn’t care he just put coupons in my bag for a free ice cream. Poor service all around especially the girl in the lobby doesn’t want to work gets irritated with customers along with all of the other employees that work there.

I ordered a Salad with 2 extras chicken strips. I paid for it got the salad no chicken. When called to report it they said they would replace the salad the next day. I went in the next day only wanted to give me 2 chicken strips not 4 that I paid for and didn’t replace the whole salad like we were told they would. Information says they offer wifi they do not. I will not be back here. Just horrible customer service.
