Super friendly staff, who were incredibly accommodating to my picky 4 year old. They asked if we wanted to wait for them to bring the ice cream out after our food (which saves an entire fight in itself) and the food was so fresh, and came out very fast- especially for being made the moment we ordered it. Chef’s kiss.
They are under new management or owners from my understanding and really do go above and beyond for their customers. We will 100% be back- and even drive out of the way to come to this special location.
Their level of patience is incredible. Food was so amazing there wasn’t any left. Blizzards were fantastic.

My boyfriend went and bought $15 worth of food, we didn’t eat all day and they handed my boyfriend a bag and they closed the window on him like they were trying to close the store so we left. Got home and realized they only gave us chicken tenders, not the burgers, fries, or second shake so we went back and they were closed a 2 minutes early. So my boyfriend didn’t get ANY of his food but they gave him the gravy for his chicken he got but no chicken tenders. And we had to get $8 pizza so he could eat dinner. Also the first time we went they made him pay full price for something because the 50% off on the app wasn’t working even when he showed them. I don’t recommend going here.

Ketu always take good care of us here along w his fantastic staff. They provide white glove service everytime! The ice cream is always made w care along w our tenders and fries. We go as regulars and they speak to us and brighten our days up which is something this world needs on the daily as an essential. Ever since this staff was taken control of by him and his crew it has been nothing but excellent service in which me and my lady come here constantly just to say hi and or eat inside!

I work close by and so have come here often. Im always taken good care of. The service here is great. Ketul is always friendly and greets me with a smile which I greatly appreciate. I come here due its mighty close by to my work at an early childhood buildings for Springfield Public Schools. Awfully nice to pull up in the drive and be treated good as I am. Much appreciated!

This is a local favorite. This was a fond memory growing up. I’m very happy to say they are here and still going strong. The new ownership has met and maybe exceeded the standards set by the previous management. I suggest the cherry dipped cones this location still serves. I haven’t been able to find this at any other location. Keep up the good work and thank you.
