I’m not sure if this is a personal problem or what, but everytime i go to DQ i am waiting an excessive amount of time for my food. Everytime i go, i get the same thing, a chicken strip basket. I’ve worked in food service countless times, i know how long it should take to make. I just went today, through the drive thru, waited 30 minutes for my food. They had me park in waiting spot #1. 20 minutes passed and i hadn’t gotten my food yet. That entire 20 minutes i was watching cars arrive in the drive through and leaving shortly after, so i went in and asked them about my food, and they hadn’t even STARTED making it. It was not busy by the way. I then had to wait another 10 minutes just to get my food and i didn’t even get my ranch. They gave me two things of gravy. I hate gravy. I love dairy queen, their food is great, but i hate the time it takes and they always get at least one thing wrong, and i don’t want to go inside, because i’ve already been waiting for so long. Please do better.

I went through the drive thru, and Was greeted by Matt. I have celiac disease, and was asking questions in regards to their menu. He, and others, were very insightful, and wasted no time to help.
I manage my own store, and the customer service blew me away here. (They even cleaned the spindle for the ice cream…. without being told) I highly recommend.

Excellent place for a quick stop. We felt bad for the staff, as it was close to closing and they were cleaning up for the night. We grabbed a few ice cream items and, on our way, passing thru! The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the ice cream was outstanding! We’re always impressed as we pass thru and grab a quick bite on the way! Impressive time and time again!

After that, my order was handled unsafely — an employee returned from break, did not wash his hands or wear gloves, and handed me the food through the drive-thru with the box still open in the rain. I called the store and waited over 30 minutes for a refund.
When I finally received my refund, it was handed to me inside a brown paper food bag, not directly, with no receipt or documentation. This raises questions about whether the refund was properly processed through the register or simply pulled from the safe.
At this point, I discarded the food due to hygiene concerns. I wanted to make you aware so the location can review their food-safety and cash-handling procedures.

It’s a hot one today!! So we stopped through the drive through for some tasty treats. This is the only place I know of in town that makes banana splits so I happily ordered one for myself. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were out of the line in less than 5 min on a hot day!!

Finally ,a parfait made right but they were about yo close and it tastes like they turned the hot fudge off 1hr before that, because it was thick and not nice and hot blending with the icecream.

Went thru 2 people because I thought the first guy didn’t get it. Second guy didn’t get it either.
Simply order peanut buster parfait. No chocolate add peanut butter sauce instead.
I even asked second guy if he had peanut butter sauce on order cause all it said was no chocolate. Just couldn’t pull it off. Got ice cream with peanuts in it. Took it back till someone could figure it out.
Also don’t understand why people are laughing talking behind counter and half the tables have food crumbs on them.

Just stopped in at DQ drive thru at 9:30, they closed at 10:30. I received an old chicken basket. The toast was bent in a horseshoe, the fries were cold, and the chickens strips were several hours under the light. No answer when I called. I honestly felt like it had been dug out of the trash

I have been to the Warrensburg dairy Queen on many occasions over the years. This location has a drive-thru, a generally clean dining room and a nice patio seating area. The employees are friendly. Service is usually relatively quick. They’re often is a line in the drive-thru if you go at peak times.
I typically find the ice cream and desserts to be a little higher quality than the food.
Here’s my request for you to please bring back the tiramisu cake shake because that’s the best thing I’ve ever had there!!
