Awesome customer service! At first, they forgot 2 tenders from our basket, but we ended up getting a free 3 piece with more fries! Then, when we ordered our ice cream, they forgot two of our ice creams, but then we needed up getting them and another free Oreo ice cream! Not saying that this will happen to everyone, but it was absolutely great. Very clean restaurant. Will definitely be coming back

I ordered a custom ice cream cake. I told the decorator I liked purple and wanted an 80s/90s theme and I was thrilled with the finished product! I highly suggest ordering custom! It’s the same price as walking in and picking one up and the decorator on Wabash is fantastic!

Bought the fish sandwich and the 2 DBL cheeseburgers deal. Fish was almost burnt up, fish filets aren’t supposed to be brown. Cheeseburgers not much better, meat was overcooked and dry. Maybe need some rethinking of cook times and temps. Got it to go so I didn’t check the bag before leaving, didn’t discover the horror til after arriving home.

Hey let’s put the minimal amount of product in the lid and we use the base of the container for a lid. People will never realize we can charge more for less. If the container is used properly you would get more ice cream and room for toppings. Whip cream fits into the rounded section and the DQ curl protected in the small dome. Thoughts?

Ordered a custom ice cream cake -requesting to see if it would be possible to make it look similar to an Arizona tea can. I had chose the icing color for the writing, etc., ordered the cake.
Later on, I ended up thinking I would have preferred the writing to be the same color as what the Arizona can has, but I had already submitted my order and figured it would still look pretty.
Allan ended up being my cake decorator, which was next day. He called me to ask if I might prefer the writing to be in a gold color like on the can, and that to me was just above and beyond. I was super stoked to hear that he was working on it, and had that thought too, and chose to ring me up to ask. Major kudos points to Al, seriously.
Anyways, the cake looks awesome. He even added pretty colorful details to the flowers. Couldn’t be happier with how it came out.

The staff was nice and courteous but there was one person that was just straight rude and we couldn’t sit at any of the open tables because they were just nasty! Nobody was on top of cleaning them so we just left!

No hair nets or gloves. I received my orange cream shake with a hair on the outside of the container. A lot of products are giving away for free here two employees friends. I don’t know how the business affords this. There is a lot of vaping going on in the back room. Some of those are kids.
