My Husband and I took our Grandkids to the Collinsville DQ tonight. We bought 4 Med Blizzards which was 26.00. We ordered 2 of the same kind and then 2 different ones for the other 2 . Well we got home in about 7 mins. The Blizzards were completely liquid and we had to pour them in a bowl because we could not tell which one was which. I am so upset that our grandkids didn’t even get what they wanted.

Bought an ice cream cake for pickup for my 2 year old niece’s birthday. Went to pick it up at the scheduled time and was told that they just didn’t make it and I could pick out another ice cream cake from the display if I wanted. No offer to make things right. Grabbed one of the only other cakes available, but my niece was disappointed. Will not order from them again

Paid 5.39 for a medium chocolate malt and there’s not enough chocolate to even change the color of the ice cream I even asked this is chocolate not vanilla right and was assured it was chocolate. Can’t even taste any chocolate in it. Fir 5.39 there should be enough chocolate in my malt it should be brown not white

Great service here always. Micheal is keeping things running smoothly every time I go in and the whole team is polite and helpful. They have someone doing custom cupcakes occasionally and we love them! We would love to see(and buy) more soon! Well done on the cat character and friends art person!

It’s all and all a nice place. I go there every now and then for an ice cream and dinner because it’s on the way home from my school anyway. Food is good, the people are nice and the atmosphere is great as long as you don’t go to the outside section. You see, this specific DQ is located directly off a road that people LOVE to zoom by on. The picture attached has the restaurant in the background right. The reason it’s not center is because I was getting a pic of the cyber truck because I’ve never seen one before

Fresh, hot, and delicious. Clean inside and employees are nice. And they have one of those soda machines that has lots of variety like diet cherry vanilla Dr.Pepper. The fries were so perfectly hot, crispy, and salted that I skipped the ketchup.

Had to stop getting blizzards as they
can’t clean the machine properly between blizzards. I have an allergy and have asked to clean the blizzard machine finally I’ve given up but the strawberry sundae is good and no contamination ice cream is good service is ok mostly teenagers almost never see anyone work there more than a couple months
