Bread was stale, vegetables were limp and old, meat was edible, but questionable. Staff paid no attention when we ordered and made continual mistakes while making sandwiches. We had to correct “sandwich artist” numerous times with both our orders. This was likely the worst Subway experience we have had. Go on up the road a few miles and avoid this one.

This store is really looking up! I told my husband we would check it out but the last time I was there we walked out because it was pretty disgusting. Today it was clean, very efficient and the staff was knowledgeable and very friendly . I learned since October 2024 it has made some noticable changes. Definitely for the better! The only minor “issue” that I encountered was the bread. Pretty tough. 15 sec. In the microwave took care of it though . Overall a very good experience and I would recommend this location. Keep up the good work!!

The other day I came in during lunch to zero customers, and one employee sitting at a table on his phone. They were out of the bread I wanted, and had to wait for him to restock the vegetables. Really not a huge deal but it’s always something with this location.. Today I went back for lunch, again no customers in the place. I told her what I wanted, and it took a solid 5 minutes to put gloves on and cut the bread. While I’m waiting I’m looking at the vegetables, not sure why they separate them when the workers just drop stuff wherever. The lettuce bin had cheese, onions and roast beef in it, and the spinach wasn’t better. Thoroughly disgusting. This place needs a visit from the health department. Oh and of course after waiting, after she cut the bread, ” oh we’re out of roast beef.” I just left. Will never return again.

We choose here because they accept coupons and it’s conveniently close to my parents house. Nothing about it is good, except you can get 3 footlongs for under 20$. Service is extremely slow, plan to wait 15+ minutes even if you have an online order. The bread is either stale or they only have 1 kind. They don’t make the “sidekicks” correctly, they never have enough veggies prepped and always have to cut more while you are waiting. I do not recommend eating at this subway unless you have no better options or just use coupons.

Absolutely terrible customer service and quality. As a past employee of subway this really disappointed me. There was one girl at the counter (there was one man ahead of me and I was with a person) it took her 3 minutes to make 3 subs, one for the man ahead of me, one for me and one for my friend. We got our subs toasted, the meat was still FROZEN. We got veggies, all wilted or half bad. I originally ordered a specialty sandwich and was told I couldn’t get it because the girl didn’t know how to make it. A second employee walked in and was listening to a baseball game in his headphones and watching it on his phone actively while ringing me out. We both ate half our sandwich and threw the rest away. Absolutely filthy environment, terrible customer service

My experience was good! But I only had one thing I didn’t like and that was the cookies my boyfriend and I got this morning about like 10 something, and they weren’t done all the way, mine and his were a bit doughy still! But other than that the subs were good! And there were two young ladies working there!

Dissatisfied Customer…
Not overly impressed with subway as a restaurant but from my visit this evening at this subway my impression spiralled downhill even further. I’m sorry but when they can’t get you what you go there for, but instead just waste your time, gas and wear-n-tear on your vehicle I just cannot justify giving a positive review. I definitely do NOT recommend this subway. All I wanted was a couple tuna sandwiches. The app didn’t work and the guy called the assistant manager. Sounds like management was not interested in helping their customer. I kept my money and left hungry. Really SAD!!!

Came in was immediately greated by Hannah, she first started making my sub put it in the toaster and then the next lady (Michelle) did my veggies. She was rude and rolled her eyes at me. didn’t ask me if I wanted to eat here she just threw it all in a bag. Hannah was extremely nice compared to Michelle
