The absolute worst customer service. You stand in line to wait to place your order and for some reason you have to go out of your way to get them to take your order even if you are standing flat out in front of them after somebody else finish ordering. At first im thinking these guys are busy and there gonna get to me in a moment. No there like NPCs looking at you crazy as if they dont understand why your standing in front of the cash register. It’s simple I walk up to the cash register ” sir how may I help you or sir ill get to you in a moment”. Please improve this i usually prefer picking up or placing orders through drive through but this experience was so aggravating I genuinely thought my blood vessels were gonna burst.

The service was AMAZING I had a wonderful worker, she was very short with black hair. Though my ice cream was a little melted and unblended was VERY disappointed in that it felt rushed, gross and somehow took forever was very slow to come out. Otherwise great experience service is really good. 1/23

The menu board says 7$ meals and doesn’t have times on there so I was ordering and the manager comes on there say we stop serving 7$ meal at 4pm then I tell her it doesn’t say that on the menu they should aleast display the time on the board it just mess up my whole dinner nite then the manager didn’t even come to the window to apologize or say I will let corporate know she was just standing there laughing no professionalism there i won’t be back to that establishment again signing off not please customer. Sam our friendly cashier at the front counter, greeted us with a warm smile. Her genuine enthusiasm for her job shines through in her interactions with her guests. She’s incredibly personable and professional, making us feel valued as patrons. All of the food was piping, hot and delicious.
We’ve been loyal to this location for a while now. The manager personally checked on each table of guests, ensuring that everyone has a great experience. The restaurant is spotless, with clean tables and floors.
The drive-through service was also impressive. We observed the drive thru, cars moving through at a very, respectable pace. Sam demonstrated a genuine commitment to providing us with a positive dining experience.

At the time I came the time was perfect Saturday afternoon cheese curds and blizzard from me chicken stripe meal and blizzard for my wife. We dined in food was hot and service was decent. No complaints definitely found a new place to get a bite to eat.

I don’t know what’s with this place. You can’t ever understand what they’re saying because they talk as fast as they can through the speaker. When you go through the drive thru there’s always 3-5 workers standing by the window socializing and they watch one of them work at a time. They package all of your ice cream up with a lid and bag, so that by the time you get to it, it’s all runny.

Ordered a blizzard and got a shake pretty much. Was sooooooooo runny. I guess that’s why they put a lid on it. Might as well have me a straw! They didn’t tip it over or anything. For $7.50 I should have went to White Cottage. I don’t recommend this location.
