I literally just got home and I opened up my burger . I ordered the son of baconator and they gave it to me wrapped in the paper for the junior bacon cheese burger then wrapped in the foil wrap for the combo meals . I paid 26 dollars for two meals. If I wanted a biggie bag I would have ordered that

Stopped for soda & bathroom break. We had to wait for Wendy’s Employee to open door. Guy loitering by the sign saying “No Loitering!” Soda was good. Machine actually had all the available flavors.

The level of incompetence we just experienced. I placed a $75 order through the app, expecting at least some semblance of professionalism. Picked up at the window, I was handed only 5 out of the 7 drinks—then told to to pull aside. When the woman finally showed up at the car, we told her we were missing two drinks, and she had the nerve to tell us we needed to get back in line?! Are you serious? We checked the entire order and found not only the two missing drinks, but also two sandwiches and Cinnabons that were nowhere to be found. We went back to the window, only to be met with outright rudeness and blatant dismissal from the woman working there—who was too busy being disrespectful to even bother with basic courtesy. Instead of fixing the problem, she just brushed us off and told us to wait again off to the side. And still got it wrong when we got it!

I went to this wendy’s on may 3rd and an employee was constanly ignoring me at the window. I tried getting her attention twice and she kept walking away. When we got our order, she forgot a Sandwhich. So we were trying to let her know we were missing something. The driver was speaking lower than me , and the employee heard her speaking, so the employee was very obviously ignoring me when I was the one talking. All I did was try asking her if we could add a frosty to the order. Every time I tried to get her attention, she rolled her eyes , shut the window, and walked away. I eventually was able to ask her about the frosty and she immediately cut me off. she said ” no. we dont do that. you have to go through the drive thru again”
She also got my order wrong. I specifically asked for the burger that has one patty, and she deliberately put two. And we were missing a whole other Sandwhich.
We tried telling her this and she, AGAIN, inturrupted the driver who was mid-sentence, to wave her hand around all annoyed, and demand that we pull up. She could’ve waited until my mother in law was done speaking to tell us that.
I understand that it was late at night, and it must’ve been a long day, but there was no reason to be so unbelievably rude to us when all we wanted was our food.
Im never eating there again. Worst attitude from a Wendy’s employee that I have EVER experienced. If she truly hated her job that damn much then she should just quit instead of making the customer’s life a living hell.

I won’t be coming back to this particular location, that’s for sure. The service is bad. The employees are rude (all of them). I was asked to pull to the side to wait for my order which I understand. However, the young lady that came out with the order had a nasty mean face as if me and my family are aliens or something. We asked for Barbeque sauce for the Nuggets and she said “I didn’t take your order”. So I then went inside with my husband after realizing that they didn’t follow instructions for 2 items and when we walked inside it was clear they were talking about us because they were all secretly laughing when they saw us. The same young lady handed us the Barbeque sauce for the Nuggets. They chose to work there. It’s not the customer’s fault if they’re not happy to be working there. Do better people. I will not be coming back to this location ever.
