Went to drive thru ordered a box of buster bars and a peanut butter parfait. As I pulled up I noticed 3 teenagers laughing and joking around like little children. It was dark so I didn’t notice the parfait when I sat it in my cup holder. Got home and it was so Nasty there was hardly any ice cream in it and what there was was completely melted. We had to throw it away. When I called to complain I told the lady they didn’t make it fresh the got it from a cooler of some kind. Spoke to a manager/owner next day she was very rude to me on the phone. She would believe a teenager not doing his job than a customer. I hope no one ever eats there again. The service is awful and they are always messing up ur order.

The people here don’t know how to do their job, every time I come here and go thru the drive thru they completely do my order wrong. They never turned the blizzard upside down never I ask for chocolate ice cream and not vanilla but for some reason they can never do that. They don’t care about service or the customers

$4 for crushed cheese curds and soggy old fries! And I ordered a meal and found out you can’t replace a blizzard for the drink now, after I already paid for it all! Most disappointing was the cheese curd missing its cheese and they were at the bottom of a narrow bag. And no room for the drive up here. Lady jumped in front of me while I was waiting to turn in when there was no room. Ended up going inside and waiting for food. Probably faster than drive up anyways.

The boss is very judgemental. She refused to give my 16 year old son a opportunity to work there based on hearsay and then started belittling him because of his past anger issues that he now has under control. She advised my son he needed to check himself because there may be somthing wrong with him.. His a 16 year old who has been through hell and back emotionally. And this lady had NO right to talk to my child this way!!! Never going to DQ again!!!

My order was for my husband and me. His chicken strip basket was great. My bacon cheeseburger was missing the bacon. The burger would rate a negative. The last 2 times I’ve ordered a burger there it has been microwaved. The condiments and toppings are very hot (soggy hot lettuce is just gross). The staff are all great but I won’t be back for burgers!

Charleston Avenue location, don’t bother. They’re extremely rude especially the night crew and I’ve had to bring food back twice now for how sloppy and lacking it was. I was shocked about a month ago at the brownie sundae thing I had paid something like $6 for. I thought it was an absolute joke. The ice cream wasn’t even a full pump onto the brownie, and the entirety of the sundae didn’t even cover 1/4 of the plastic platter it was served on, which has been consistent with other DQs as far as packaging. I know that the owner of this franchise has remote access to the cameras so my question I guess is, what is he doing about the managers and employees and their behavior towards the community that pay his bills. If you want competent employees maybe idk. Pay them enough to pay their bills or at least watch them and hold them accountable.
