I really try to support local businesses, but this is ridiculous! Went to DQ today and bought a box of Buster bars. Got home and opened them to find that they had been defrosted, smashed, refrozen, and freezer burnt. We just returned them to get different ones and the owners said that it wasn’t their fault. Ok, who’s fault is it? Check your inventory before accepting it. The box was smashed and had to be torn open. Last summer we purchased chocolate Dilly bars and it was the same thing. I didn’t post then, but I’m going to now. Something needs to be done for quality control for this location.

I made an online order and 10 minutes after the time it was to be ready it was not, had to wait 10 minutes and my order was not complete. Had to ask for my drinks 3x. there food has went very downhill since the new owners, the ketchup inside tastes fermented, they make you buy something before you can use the restroom, they overprice everything food costs like a 5 star restaurant but tastes like a 1 star. would not recommend!!!

Do not use online ordering for this store – the site allows you to do upgrades that the store will not accommodate and order mini blizzards that the store can not make. The owner must be incredibly overworked as his customer service skills are abysmal. **if you can order in person, aren’t in a hurry and can endure poor customer service then definitely go because the substituted food and ice cream were good.

Stopped here while making my deliveries the food took forever although four people work. Do the workers act like they have the worst life in the world I felt. Then upon making my delivery a lot of the locals said they did not like this dairy Queen for those reasons too. Needs a more up to beat staff and this place should be getting better ratings

I used to work here for about 2 years and the original owners which were vickie and beaver miller were the absolute best. Then we got 2 new owners Jay and Kookila. They were alright until they decided to become very cheap with the way they do things. They would make me charge extra for things when the customer didn’t even ask for extra. They would give less sized portions. They would also be horribly rude to customers! Me and my friend Skarlett loved working here with the original owners but these new guys are horrible. So glad we both found better places to work at. This caused them to loose a lot of business because when we worked we actually made sure people got the right food for the right prices. The working conditions were so bad I wish I would have reported them to OSHA. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE I CAN GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL EITHER GET FOOD POISONING OR SCREAMED AT BY THE OWNERS.

do not try and use bathroom here . they will threaten to call police . son was mtn biking i was across street at gas station i was gonna meet him at DQ. he came out where i was pumping gas to inform me cant use bathroom and they would call police unless he buys something. i am all for supporting small biz in a small town but they do not get what a small town is .

The drive thru lady was awful!!!! I was in the passenger seat and ordered cheese curds…she asked me what sauce and I said what do you have cuz I couldn’t see the bottom of the outside menu board from where I was sitting, and she replied “it’s on the menu board!

I ordered the Bacon two cheese stackburger and it was horrible and cold. No ketchup, mustard, pickles, lettuce, tomato or bacon. Fries were completely old and cold. I had 5 onion rings in my large onion rings. I have been back multiple times trying to give them a chance but everytime my order is wrong or taste bad. Small town living and the new owners will not last if they don’t get this under control.
