Back to 5 star service, you guys are awesome!
I thought I’d previously given this place 5 stars, as I usually get amazing service here. Tonight however, the guy up front acted like I was there to steal an order when I’m in here daily delivering, and there was 2 customers that had orders messed up while I was standing there. Hopefully this doesn’t become one of the restaurants that people hate picking up from! We have a list in the city’s chat group of places that a good majority of the people who care and take the time to give 5 star service are in of all the places to avoid. Be better!

Nothing but disappointment. Will NOT be going to this location again. In the 4 years I have gone to this location I have not had 1 good experience. Tonight was the last time we visited as it took 10 MINUTES to get a chicken strip basket, a basket with dry butter-less bread. The person ahead took a few minutes of the time but the remainder of the time we ended up staring at the chicken strip basket in the window for 5 minutes without the window even being opened to take payment. Nothing but disappointment and slow slacky service at this location.

My daughter told me the night before her birthday that she wanted an ice cream cake. She even asked for a DQ cake if possible. Not only did they have one but they even put her name on it!! It was delicous!! They were all super friendly and willing to help me out!!! THANK YOU!!! Too bad I dropped it getting it out of the deep freeze before I got a picture. They did an awesome job!!

Add another horribly ran restaurant to the list. The worker rushed us through the drive thru and couldn’t even pay attention to me ordering that I wanted Parmesan Garlic chicken strips would’ve made more sense than giving me plain ones and acting like it’s my fault they weren’t tossed instead of giving me a cup of the sauce!!! No instead it was anything else and made me feel rushed and then got my order wrong!! I won’t ever be back here to ever eat!! Everyone else should stay away also since they wanna hurry up and stand around and can’t get orders correct!!
