I had 2 ice cream cakes I ordered online for my daughter’s birthday. 1 was a strawberry cheesecake and the other I had a photo printed on the cake. They were ready right on time and they were made almost perfect. The only issue was the one I had a photo uploaded on. One side it looked like the printing has a rippled effect that shouldn’t have been there I got alot of compliments on the cakes and my daughter loves the horse on it. I believe that it was worth the money my daughter was very happy so it was worth it.

Smallest chicken strip basket I have ever gotten. They are chicken nugget size. Got the 4 piece basket and was still hungry after finishing my food and the rest of my girls friends.

I took my 1 year old out for lunch today (just the two of us) he didn’t want his shoes on so I had to carry him around while ordering (30lbs). Loretta? Loraine? I cannot remember her name but she came and sat next to my son and buckled him in the highchair while I got situated and my drink. absolute sweetheart! Thank you for helping this mama out!

I had a great experience at this Dairy Queen location. I walked in and was greeted immediately. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and I wanted to purchase an ice cream cake for him. There were a few different options, traditional with vanilla and chocolate ice cream with chocolate fudge/oreo crumble to separate the two laters; Reese’s, Oreo, or cupcakes were available. The Oreo cake looked super appetizing. I’ve always gone with the traditional route but since my boyfriend is an Oreo Blizzard fan, the Oreo cake was a perfect fit. He loved it! Every bite was so worth it. The cake was topped with Oreo alone with Oreo pieces throughout the cake. Thanks, Perham DQ, for making such perfect ice cream cakes!

Employee social skills 0-2 bordering on offensive. Zero words spoken at pickup window last trip. money given, change received, food received and not even a Hi Bye. Not my first negative experience there.

Was surprised how tender the chicken strips were. The cleanliness on other hand, the table was dirty along with straw wrappers in the booth. When not busy everyone stood around and people in front of store had their backs to the dining room until a group walked in. They need to be cleaning if not busy. And checking how the customer is doing ( table touch) after they get their meal.

We had our three young grandaughters (10,6 &3) shopping last Saturday (3/5/22) and they wanted ice cream so we decided to stop at the DQ in Perham. We walked in and were immediately waited on and no one else was behind us in line. The girl’s were having a hard time deciding what to order so it was taking a little bit of time reading what was on the menu. The women that was waiting on us was clearly impatient and “rolled her eyes” to her co-worker. I told her very nicely that it takes a bit with 3 little girls to figure out what to order. I guess that didn’t matter to her and when we decided we were also going to order food she couldn’t have been more annoyed with us. I almost left the restaurant but it would have disappointed my granddaughters so we stayed.

I’ve been a customer here for over a decade, and one thing makes this place stand out above all others. The manners, hospitality, and politeness of their staff and employees. At the drive-thru, I say thank you, and they say “you’re welcome.” Even over the speaker after I just finish making my order.
