They need to clean that place very dirty and no good customer service… it was my first time there and would not recommend it… on top of that they put a bun on my burger with a chunk missing off of it I even had to layer napkins on my tray because how dirty it was… I love eating at Dairy Queen but never experience this until I came to this one

Went to use my reward points to get a Blizzard Cake. Also purchased a small dipped cone. While putting the cake in a cooler the cone slipped out of the napkins onto the ground. I went back inside to get more napkins to clean up. The young lady behind the counter made a other cone for me. That was very kind. I really appreciated it.

My experience today September 16th for my lunch break was horrible, so whoever was working at 1130 was very rude taking my order. I asked for a mr. Misty freeze and kindly asked if you had them, and she said well yea!! What size!!! I said a medium and my flavor, then she said rudely the price and pull around. When I got to the window she opens the window grabs my card and i pay she whips out my card and receipt to me, and I said Thank you and she slams the window. I work in customer service and believe me if I treated customers the way she did I wouldn’t have a job. Also, the way I was treated made me take a left turn and went over the curb with my car in hopes of not damaging anything because of her shitty attitude!! I know people have bad days, but dont take it out on the customer’s, or you won’t have any at all!!

The ice cream is not very thick (multiple times), the chocolate coating on a dipped cone is very thin. Somehow, the price on the drive thru menu is way lower than what they actually charge. This last time, the menu said a medium dipped cone was $3.39, and they told me the total was $4.80. That’s over 40% more than the listed cost. I asked them about it in the drive through, and the lady was very friendly, but apparently they changed prices in their system without changing them in the drive thru. It’s probably been months that I’ve been noticing they tell me a price way more than it says. It would be helpful if the price on menu was the actual price.

I love going here! The staff here are always real polite and cheerful. My order has always been correct. Food is fresh and hot and delicious! Sometimes, I just feel like going here so I can drive through the drive through, for my moo latte of course, but also for a friendly face. Especially when I’m a little down or having a bad day. The smiles that you receive are worth spending the money on these gloomy days ..

If this all app had zero starts I would put zero. We waited for 15 minutes while our ice cream was sitting on the window counter melting. Meanwhile the ice cream is melting down the cup and taste horrible The workers sat there smiling and talking and wouldn’t even take our card. The one girl with black hair and funky makeup and long nails kept looking at us and smiling and ignoring us. Don’t recommend!!!

Ordered 2 blizzards, 1 medium 1 mini. Waited nearly 10 minutes in the drive thru. Employee was not very polite. Neither blizzard was mixed more than half way down and the strawberry cheesecake blizzard seemed to have cherry and chocolate in it.

We ordered a banana split and a hot fudge sunday with nuts . No nuts and every table was disgusting, l had 2 wipe our table down and it took 35 minutes 2 get our order! DON’T EAT THERE

The ice cream is always amazing. I’m kind of an ice cream nut. I use the drive thru the majority of the time. It’s convenient to swing by when I’m out and about. There are times I get good food and times I feel short-changed. It really depends on who is working and the time of day. I ate in on this trip, the food was very good. A couple of weeks ago, I was craving the chicken strip basket with the toast and gravy. I got home and opened the box. I was disappointed to find the volume of chicken and fries would not have fed my 2 yr old granddaughter. 2 oz of chicken and 2 oz of fries was just not enough. My suggestion to you is to open your order and check it, make sure it has been done correctly. More than once, I’ve been given over cooked burgers, and fries that were left over that should have been tossed.
