Haven’t been to a Dairy Queen in many years, decided to visit tonight. I had the $7 chicken strips meal. The drive-thru attendant was very friendly and efficient, sadly I didn’t catch his name. The food was really good, good price too. Thanks a lot for great visit. You all need raises, thanks DQ team.

I should of asked if this was a joke. First the man didnt want to write “In my teen era” because he didnt understand what it meant. The whole point of asking for the cake to be written on is because they do it so well. None of the staff had anything to say. Just stood there as dumbfounded as I was at what. Never again will I stop here.

I went through the drive thru and trying to decide are order the guy asked if we needed a minute. I said “yes” once we decided I said what food he said “hold on” I was confused cus there was no one in line or at the window and it was just me and sat there for 5 minutes or longer. he than said we could order. I pulled up to the window this girl at the window said I need to pull forward and I start to go, she started to yell “ur drink, ur drink, ur drink!” So I stoped and she responded “ that’s what I thought.” I was sooo in shock that she said that to me. And sooo mad Ik it’s hard to work at a fast food place cus I have but there was no right to say that to a customer.

This is our favorite Dairy Queen. The staff is always so kind, especially the sweet woman working the drive thru window tonight! We have never had an issue with our orders, everything is always made quick and delicious!

TERRIBLE place. I doordash and its always an extreme wait, every single time. I’ll stand there for 15 minutes and the staff is looking directly at me without a “hello can I help you?” Or “have you been helped?” And besides that, the place is disgusting. Get rid of this place and replace with something WAY better. I will be declining any doordash orders that come through for this place.

Horrible service. Bought a cake for my daughter’s 13th birthday. First the man didnt understand what i wanted written on the cake so was refusing. I asked for ” I my Teen Era..” the writings looks like a kid did it and not in the color I asked for. When mentioned everyone stood there not knowing what to do. Wanted to return the cake for that reason, however just decided to scrape it off. Next time going to delafield vs supporting local.

Fries were in small broken pieces and half the amount. Employee behind counter were taking their time waiting on the people to take their orders. 4 employees and most of the tables and floors were not cleaned. Definitely wouldn’t use the dirty restrooms. Must need new management!!!

Ordered a cake for my grandma’s 80th birthday celebration over a week ago. Ordered in- store with an associate after waiting over 10 minutes with no one in line in front of me, just people behind the counter only helping drive- thru customers. Went to pick it up for the party today, waited another 10 mins with no one in line to be acknowledged and was told after they went searching for my cake that they must have lost the order. Now I have a party to host and no cake! I asked for them to make it right and all they offered was to try and make it quickly and give me a 10% discount. WHAT?!! DO NOT ORDER CAKES HERE THEY WILL LOSE YOUR ORDER!!
