Ordered hot fudge sundae with bananas filled cup too full had cap on bowl ended up all over clothes it was a mess. Was not made right evidently thought it was a joke didn’t think it was funny. Had to dispose of it.

Around 4:30pm Ordered the shrimp basket with soda and it came to $9.99+ tax… 1st of all you get the smallest amount of shrimp and hardly any fries… NOT WORTH IT!!! Complete rip off. Also take mumbling Sally out the drive-thru.. why put someone that can’t speak loud enough for people to hear at the speaker box?

Simple order. Plain cheeseburger with ketchup, lettuce and tomato. Says it all on the receipt. How hard is it to not put onions on? Right into the trash that went and was in a hurry so no time to turn around and deal with it. You can see from photo all the care that went into that burger. DQ used to be good, but I think they’ve run out of chances with me.

The slushy machine has been broken for months on end with no timeframe of when it would be fixed. Today I was pleased to find out that it was fixed. However the slushy‘s don’t taste right either they don’t have enough juice product in them or they aren’t being mixed properly. I expressed some concerns verbally to the manager and was not even offered to replace mine with a redo. This Dairy Queen needs to work on their Misty slush game.

Walked in and waited 10 mins before even one came out to the front to take an order. Another person left waiting behind us. Had to yell hello a few times with no answer. After about 10 15 mins 5 or 6 people walked out the back.

I have a love-hate with this place. If you use the drive through, and need a big order then avoid visiting during busy meal hours. Their drive through intercom is old and is muffled, so the staff can’t hear you correctly. I’ve had several order mess ups here, and it’s very frustrating. But the staff is always super nice and they really are trying. My recent visit was terrible. We ordered five $6 combos, and when the order was complete, the total was too low so I knew they somehow missed a meal. (Makes me wonder what she was saying okay and sure to through that last order) My husband confirmed we needed 3 of the burger meal and two of the chicken. The girl repeated it back and it was wrong, but we couldn’t tell cause of the muffled intercom. We go to pay and had to add on the lat one again. Then they forgot one of our drinks. When the food came they still forgot the last meal!! So they made us pull over and wait, which I understand. When they finally brought it out, the meal was still wrong somehow!! Total nightmare. We just left cause at that point it wasn’t worth it.

Treats are always tasty. I won’t comment on service since it’s obvious they are not paying to hire and retain employees. The prices have gotten to high. A small Blizzard at $5. Means a family is dropping $20. on a special treat. Sad.

Been here a few times in the past couple months. Orders have been correct and food is always decent. Burgers and curds are great! Service is quick and polite. Can’t complain! Keep up the good work!
