we came here for dinner and we got served our ice cream right away, which was great, but we didn’t get our food. i got up to ask if they forgot about us and they did! our food was just sitting on the warmer by itself. our hotdogs were good but some of our fries were green! the music was bad

Your products are great, including Blizzards.

But please do your locals a favor and drop your so-called and stereotypical “Battle of the Blizzards” campaign that I believe has never been approved by Dairy Queen corporate and circumvents the fact that not everyone who eats those particular Blizzards goes to or supports a particular school just because they buy a particular Blizzard. It is insulting to your customers and shows that the campaign you’re running is an excuse to put your propaganda before customers’ tastes. It is insulting to say the least. Focus on your customers, not your campaign.

The food’s alright but if you’re gonna take that long with basically no other costumers then at least do the ice-cream last. There’s no real reason my blizzard should this melted by the time I get home when I live so close and it’s less than 70 degrees outside.

Food took awhile to get. Most the fries were cold and soft, our burger was super greasey, my gravy lid wasn’t put on right so it spilt inside the bag. But the blizzard we got was good.

Highly impressed by Lyssa. Best experience I’ve had here. I asked and unfortunately they don’t let you taste test ice cream but Lyssa was super cool and told me if my mint Oreo blizzard didn’t have enough mint to let her know and she would add more. She kept her word and I am very happy with my mint Oreo blizzard. Incredible customer service.

I ordered a door dash order and normally I don’t have issues with DQ. Tonight, both my items were messed up, and there was nothing done about it. So now I have two items that are incorrect, and if I want the correct items, I have to repurchase them myself. Staff was friendly, but they only simply said “we won’t let it happen again.” Which is fine, but now what am I going to do with my incorrect food?
