Sunday 3/1/26 I ordered drive thru 2 number 1 single and 1 number 2 a double wooper but when I got home they gave me 3 number 1 missing my double wooper so please check or ask before taking your order, and I called right away but the line busy for hours so to me is intentional …, very disappointing as I always go there after church but now just put a dent on how we used to see that store specially now that has been renovated. They should have some one double checking orders plus they should activate the phone line. Manager should be accountable for it.

Anyone giving 5* must be working there or a member of the staff. The lady at the drive through is very rude unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers

Came to pick up my order off the burger king app. Got in quick and out quicker with my meal correct plus the sauce i asked for at the counter. They do have seating inside booth or chairs in addition to a restroom. I came inside on my visit but there is a drive thru as well. The food was great plus the atmosphere was clean and my food came out timely.

What can really be said about a Burger King? I have had no issues with this one. The fries could use a lil more salt. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, king double, mozzarella sticks and fries. All met expectations. There is never a line at around midnight. BK>McD.

I love this Burger King. They are extremely fast and very efficient. I visited once on a slow day in a storm and these two girls, Shayla and Patricia, had the best personality and we shared a few laughs. I don’t eat fast food often, but when I do, this BK is my first choice.

For years this Burger King has been subpar, providing unfriendly service around the clock, but it has now reached new lows.
They do no longer provide cups for water and their ice cream cones have become crystalized yellow goo (see picture (the paper around the cone is white… I don’t know what color to call the ice cream, so I am going to call it yellow, but mustard is probably a more apt choice)).

Do yourself and don’t eat here. Worst BK ever. They skimp on burger topings. This is my whopper. Thanks for the single piece of lettuce, the 1 tomato, and minimal condiments.

Terrible quality. The Whopper patty was split in multiple pieces as well as undercooked. Charged for them NOT adding pickles on wife’s burger and NOT adding tomatoes to mine. Lastly, the taste is not usual Burger King quality.

I’ve been going to this Burger King for yearrrss and never had an issue until the other day. I went on last Tuesday 9/24/24 around 1 PM. I went through the drive thru and I told the lady to give me a second and she sucked her teeth and sigh. When I told her I was ready to order she took forever and didn’t even respond until she wanted too. I get to the front to get my food and this lady PURPOSELY LEFT MY CUP LID LOOSE and I ended up spilling a little soda on me and all she did was smirk. I’m I didn’t get her name but this is out of hand and there’s reviews on these employees being rude!! It’s time to replace them!

Been here twice.
First time I asked for a two regular cheese burger meal, which they don’t have….only option is for a whopper for meals. Disappointed I ordered alcarte. The burgers are super tiny. You can go across the street and get two slices of pizza and a drink for cheaper than the cost of two tiny burgers and a small drink.
2nd time I tried ordering online so I could get the meal I wanted. The website wouldn’t let me get to payment and the people in the store had zero interest in helping me place an order, standing there for 5 minutes before I just walked out.
