Came to pick up my order off the burger king app. Got in quick and out quicker with my meal correct plus the sauce i asked for at the counter. They do have seating inside booth or chairs in addition to a restroom. I came inside on my visit but there is a drive thru as well. The food was great plus the atmosphere was clean and my food came out timely.

This restaurant has the most horrible customer service ever! Every time I have visited (three times) this location the service reps are rude and very intolerant of their job or their customers! Place an order on the app and once I got their to pick it up, they couldn’t fill my order because their shake machine was not working but instead of allowing me to change the order to something else I was rudely told I couldn’t change my order, receive any of my order, nor could they issue a refund!

What can really be said about a Burger King? I have had no issues with this one. The fries could use a lil more salt. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, king double, mozzarella sticks and fries. All met expectations. There is never a line at around midnight. BK>McD.

I agree with another person that posted. The burgers are smaller and there is no lettuce, I mean two little pieces of wilted lettuce that isn’t as big as the pickles, and I don’t even get tomato’s so I feel like I’m saving them money. I opened my sandwich last time and showed them that it doesn’t look like the picture and I wanted more lettuce, 80 cents. That was it, not going there any more. Especially when the cost with cheese is over $8.00 for just a sandwich.

Terrible quality. The Whopper patty was split in multiple pieces as well as undercooked. Charged for them NOT adding pickles on wife’s burger and NOT adding tomatoes to mine. Lastly, the taste is not usual Burger King quality.
