These ladies sure do know how to make one hell if a Deli Sandwich! They stand by their name too! If you’re gonna represent an east coast style restaurant, do it the Penn Station East Coast Sub way, do it with pride n passion. Two thumbs up to the beautiful ladies working the kitchen Beth and Hellena

The only place in town to get the best Philly cheese steak, or a chicken Philly, or a bunch of other good sandwiches. Come check the menu out.
All the bread gets toasted. All the deli meats can be cooked on the grill or you can have them as cold cut. The steak and the chicken gets cooked on the grill though.

Warmly greeted upon arrival. Ordered an Italian which was quite good. Also ordered fries that were alright but had some that needed to be cooked longer. Overall good experience.

The place used to be much better before the pandemic…
Now they are understaffed and have trouble keeping up with general things, such as refilling the ketchup dispenser, and changing the fryers oil regularly, as well as using clean mops and mop water and soap for the floors. The fries were dark brown and tasted like old oil, the sandwich was fine, the ketchup dispenser was empty and I was told to wait. Had I waited the fries would have been ice cold by the time “30 minutes later” the ketchup got refilled. The Floors were very sticky. Either more staff needs hired or better management is necessary. Bring back the quality and friendly atmosphere. I recommend that if you dine here to get it to go, and hope the fryer oil was changed the day before at least.

New lady working there never wears a uniform, and is always copping a rude attitude towards other staff and customers, she has quite the potty mouth too. Food is always incredibly late and the establishment is extremely unsanitary and desperately needs a visit from the health department. Food is mediocre at best, and the prices are a bit ridiculous for the service, atmosphere, and overall quality when walking in the door. How this place stays open is beyond me.

I ordered a club sandwich. When I went to pick it up, the lobby had a strong cannabis smell and the workers were laughing a bunch. When I opened my sandwich, they left off tomato, bacon, and lettuce. So the only thing on this $11 sandwich was cheese, turkey, and ham. Never coming back.

I’ve eaten a lot of Philly cheesesteak sammiches (being one of my faves) and this was by far the worst. I swear there was an entire salt shaker worth of salt in my one small sized sandwich. Like a mind blowing amount. I don’t know how anyhow could stomach it. As deliriously hungry as I was, I had to toss the last several bites as I couldn’t stand one more. Pretty disgusting.

I’ve been to this location twice in the last week, mostly because the food has been so good but my daughter keeps asking for it. Super clean and the staff is really friendly. Went to the one on Dirksen today (closer to where I work) expecting the same service and super disappointed. Id rather drive the little bit extra to the Lindbergh location.
