I don’t know what’s going on with Chipotle’s.
But there servings are crazy disrespectful especially when you’re playing $13 + tax a bowl. The staff here were giving 1 scoop of everything you asked for.
Came during lunch time and they told me I had to wait 15 mins for steak. So I canceled 1 bowl.
Look at the picture below this was the bowl they served before I took a bite.

Went there a little after 4 o’clock (prime dinner hours) maybe 3 other people inside. Almost all the tubs were empty. I couldn’t make or purchase anything basically. They need more employees or better ones.

I’m writing to report a deeply concerning experience I had at this location today.
I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up, but it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any establishment. When I arrived, there was no one in line for in-person orders—several employees were standing around—yet there was a long line of customers waiting for mobile orders. Only one employee appeared to be handling all mobile orders, and it took nearly 10 minutes before my order was even started.
While I was waiting, a woman who had clearly just had knee surgery was sitting nearby in visible pain. When she politely asked how much longer her order would take, the employee filling mobile orders began yelling at her, cursing, and even called her “old.” The woman immediately burst into tears. I stepped in and calmly said that her behavior was not acceptable and asked to speak with the manager. The employee then claimed to be the manager, cursed at me as well, and told me to “stay in your own lane.”
At that point, I asked for a refund but was told they couldn’t process one, so I left and submitted a complaint. This entire encounter was shocking, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

This place is rated low for valid reasons. I’ve given the Mills Chipotle the benefit of the doubt several times for their poor service and quality of food on at least 4 visits. Each time the chips were notably stale, the burrito/ingredients/proportions are inconsistent, and the workers have been rude when asking simple questions. Not to mention their front door is broken and they posted a sign that says to knock? Found myself knocking waiting several minutes for other customers to come open the door. Avoid this Chipotle if you’re able and not desperate. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment.

I believe the worker I asked if my order was ready was upset with me… he gave an irritated response but I shrugged it off, but the worker forgot to put napkins and an fork.. and the rest of the lettuce hahaha because this boy did not put the right portion in the bowl, what else did he cheap out on. I won’t be going back to this place knowing I’m not getting what I paid for.

This specific Chipotle is BUNS. Terrible customer service, filthy environment, minimal scoops in proportions, stale chips every-single-time. To the owner, you’ve officially lost my and my family’s business there is no good faith left in your branch. You should be ashamed of the place your running here, and *****revaluate the customer experience*****. Do yourself a favor don’t go here. In fact check out Taqueria Cuernavaca in the area. A million times better and better experience in every possible way.

I’m not sure there’s much better than chipotle on a Monday afternoon for lunch!
I love coming to this location. It’s really close to work for me and the staff is super friendly.
We’re obviously going through Covid Proto call right now and the staff is maintaining all the safety precautions that I’ve noticed. I come in here at least once a month and have some food.
I highly recommend that you grab a burrito bowl and get a bag of chips on the side you can’t beat that. The location is obviously very clean and easy to get to. It’s right off the freeway. I hope that you enjoy it next time you visit!
