My Texas toast wasn’t even toasted or buttered. There was a very rude cashier she gave us nasty looks and wouldn’t speak to us. My onion rings and chicken tenders were cold and not crunchy/fried all the way. I’m pretty disappointed for the amount we paid :/

Such nice people here, great service! They were able to do a birthday cake for me with custom lettering, and I was a walk-in on the same day. Super easy process and they were so sweet! Worst thing about it was that there was no tip option when paying electronically, you have to do it in cash.

I’ve always loved Dairy Queen’s but this particular location was terrible. The food we ordered today was awful. My soft pretzel sticks were literally raw in the middle and the bacon ranch cheeseburger tasted terrible. We will not be going back. There were other patrons complaining as well. Management needs to get in there and turn things around. The slushy machine was not working. An employee said it hadn’t worked for 3 weeks. Just wow

Overall not satisfied and will never return to inside of this Dairy Queen grill &chill ..from the start the parking lot was full of trash and most of it was there own cups and lids ..I was the only customer and the cashier didn’t seem to be very pleased to be at work ..the food was great hot and fresh but the service and condition of this establishment is not how Dairy Queen should be operating! Floors super sticky hospitality zero ..

I arrived at the Drive Thru around 720PM on a weekday. I ordered one large blizzard, roughly $6.50 after tax. The ice cream was great! Very tasty. But this was after a series of unfortunate events. The wait time was around 15 minutes from time of order to time of departure. The cashier ran my card for the wrong order (then issued me a refund for the difference in cash). I was also handed the wrong order. The staff were kind but seemed overwhelmed & underprepared. Unfortunately another disappointing fast food experience in post-covid America.

Store was dirty, large soda spill making the floor really sticky, food was not cooked all the way, food boxes were messy when I pulled them out of the bag and we were ignored when we wanted to place an order. Staff did not have hair restraints.

Came to this one because the 38 one is a joke, a bunch of mean people employed there. So thank you for having polite ones at this location, it took awhile to get the food, but I will wait for good service.
