Do not recommend visiting between 3-7 extremely busy unless willing to go inside. But blizzard on point staff inside amazing and extremely clean.

A very disappointing visit today. Their posted menu showed prices for different items but when it came time to ring them up the actual cost was significantly higher. I asked him why that was and the clerk counterperson told me. Oh I guess they just haven’t updated it. I asked to talk to the manager the manager never came out to talk to me whether it was the counter person or the manager. I do not know but somebody dropped the ball. Either way, they should have adjusted my price to match that of their display price and not try it sneak in a price change on me. I canceled my order and just got a mini blizzard instead of ordering a double cheeseburger which was significantly higher than their posted price on the Marquee
Additionally, their blizzards were not very solid, yes, they did the flip test, but when we started heating it, it was quite runny. My wife liked the taste of hers and mine was a little short on Snicker pieces. The dairy Queen and Terre Haute which is just down the road has better quality level of food. I don’t know if it’s related to the recent makeover, but that’s twice. We’ve been in there and been slightly to greatly disappointed. It will be interesting to see if management post a comment related to this review.

The recent building updates lacked foresight about where customers were supposed to stand to wait for things because often times, you’ll walk in and see people awkwardly standing around their lobby area blocking the door in a cramped space either waiting to make an order or or waiting for their order to be handed to them. Make sure to check what you’re given before leaving, too, because there’s been multiple times when what I was given wasn’t what I ordered. Making matters worse, they discontinued their Orange Julius, and now, their Orange Cream milk shake. What’s both hilarious and humiliating is how even their staff weren’t aware of the Orange Cream being discontinued as I went in there yesterday evening hoping to order one only for the checkout lady asking how to type it into the register only to learn from a different co-worker how it had been discontinued. Simply put, this place needs leadership.

It’s awesome they started selling food now. But the seating is a wreck. Half regular tables and the other half is bar height seating. I really don’t want to glance over and see a butt crack while eating my hot fudge sundae. Seems like they didn’t think that through.

I tried to eat lunch at 1 PM on a Monday. I saw 4 workers, some were cooks. Probably one was drive thru, I dont know. They had one counter attendant who was helping a lady order a cake for 15 minutes and nobody acknowledged any other customers in line. You would think somebody could ring someone up or the cake could be ordered on the side, while other customers are taken care of. I eventually walked out without ordering. Because then another manager came to help the counter lady with the cake order and still didn’t acknowledge anyone else in line so I don’t know anything about their food. It looked nice and updated recently.

Worst fish sandwich ever! The staff was great… but the fish sandwich was horrible. McDonald’s is truly better. The food was not worth the price. I was excited about the new menu… but very disappointed in the quality.

Went thru the drive thru today. Got 2 bbq chicken strip baskets. Food came out hot and packaged efficiently. Obsessed with DQ’s bbq sauce!
