Order a 6 piece and a 4 piece chicken strip basket and received a 5 piece and a 3 piece. Also, gravy was white water. Prices keep going up with customer service and quality depleting.

Messed my order up. Forgot all my drinks and my kids Sunday.
Food was so nasty. Honestly the worst burger I’ve ever tried. It was so messy. So much mayo and ketchup all over the place. So gross. Best thing was the ranch dressing.

Just stopped in for a shake break. Grabbed two shake, the staff was having having problems with the ice cream machine but got it going quickly. Shakes were great.

Worst ever experience !!
Ordered two $6 meals
One sandwich was warmed up in the microwave to the point it was so hot I couldn’t handle it and the bun was rubbery. The dining area was closed. So I walked up to the window and gave the sandwich back and asked “Why they would warm up a sandwich in the microwave? ” also talked to the manager. The kids that was working the counter was laughing. I expressed the fact it was not funny. I really think they did this as a joke. This is absolutely ridiculous.

It seems to be a common theme customer service here is an issue. Several times we have came through the drive thru and the employees speaking through the speaker are usually always rude and don’t sound very happy to be serving customers that’s the general consensus. Today I’m not sure who I had they didn’t give me a receipt, but I wasn’t impressed. We ordered some blizzards, and the employee handed me one of them and I kindly asked for a drink carrier because I had my dog with me. She seemed a little upset about that and didn’t speak to me after that after giving me my food and taking my card. She didn’t even acknowledge my very friendly dog who loves going through drive thrus and usually enjoys a pup cup. Not that that’s a big deal but it says something about a person. To top it off we didn’t get the right blizzards and one of them was completely not frozen and ended up all over my car.

Well, their food is always hot/fresh, but bad service most times. I stopped in to get a 4 piece basket, got 2 and a half chicken strips. Those are way too expensive to be getting only 2 and a half pieces of chicken.Other than that haven’t had issues, just need to work on accuracy/ basic math.

This new store has a super sleek new design. They pump out great blizzards. We have been there at least once a week & have thought the drive-thru order takers could be a tad more welcoming & friendlier. It is key to success! It is still a new place & I’m sure everyone is still learning.
