The food trucks rotate occasionally but I have a good handful of favorites already. The staff inside serving drinks is always amazing. Love chatting it up with them about new food and drinks coming. Finally got to try a new signature cocktail from them and it did not disappoint. Really fun place to take your dog to hang and eat and drink. Love the vibes here and will always be back.

The food truck selection was excellent. We got something from each so we could try them all. Nice selection on tap! And other drinks, non-alcoholic as well, available inside. We sat outside under the gazebo that is lit up giving a great atmosphere. Definitely going back to try one of their trivia nights!

Food reviews are separate, as the food trucks vary per visit. House w bar had more seating/tables than I expected inside… has a nice variety of beers and simple wine choices. The outdoor seating setup is great. Umbrellas for sun, and it looks like they just added a couple pagodas to help w shade. Fire pits around area are great for chilly nights. As oleanders grow , the privacey from street will be great. Highly encourage you to check them out.

Wow and wow again! Casa Collective has come through as a cool local spot not once but twice. This is the spot you want to be at during those evenings of “what am I going to do in CG on a Wednesday or Thursday night or another night”. Their prices were reasonable and the staff were super fun and engaging. I really liked that there was an indoor and outdoor space! Also they had a food truck, which I missed checking out, but plan to when I return for music bingo in a few days. This is a spot that CG needs to bring more folks out! I can’t wait to come back here again!

Great idea for a cool place to get drinks and some food.
We have been here a lot the last year the only bad is the weather can be a drag. The heat is tolerable but when the wind is blowing it sucks!
The food trucks have been 50/50 maybe.

Casa Collective is great, especially if you’re with a group who all want something different. I had the jibarito from the Puerto Rican food truck, delicious and the customer service was amazing.

We went to play bingo on a Wednesday evening. Great selection of beer, wine and seltzers. Food is from local food trucks and rotates. The staff in the pub are amazing and I love the rotating food trucks. We’ve gone at least once a week since discovering this wonderful spot!
