I had placed an order for two strawberry shakes, a hot dog, and popcorn chicken. Everything was satisfactory, except for the popcorn chicken. They were mostly empty inside, with hardly any meat or no meat at all.

Our carhop was very rude. She did not introduce herself when she delivered our food. She didn’t ask if we needed anything else before she turned around and left even when we tried to get her attention. We pushed our speaker button and asked for picante sauce. My husband asked for 10(we had 5 burritos) she brought us 2. He said several times 10. She did go back and brought us more but shoved them in his hands and rudely told him to have a good day.

This was actually quite a nice Sonic! Food was fast, hot, and correct (I’m still unimpressed by the dill burger, but they made it correctly). They do have a play area, which was fun, though it’s more for little kiddos. There are several Tesla charging stations if you need that. The bathrooms are actually inside just a bit, so if the weather is nasty, you can get a break. They have two full restrooms marked male and female, but you have privacy, so do as you will. I’m not sure how a mobility impaired person would reach the restroom, since there’s a curb, but i didn’t look as closely as I should have.

130pm went threw ordered the new smash burger. This is the way we opened the box up. Fries dumped upside down in the bag. Sad with the amount u pay for food to get food like that.

I am so tired of not having the sauces in my bag especially when I order mozzarella sticks. If I order something one line that says in the description it will be served with marinara sauce, it is reasonable to expect it to be in the bag when you pick it up. Also, if I request AND pay for extra sauces, I shouldn’t have to ask again for what was ordered.
The food is on par with most other Sonic stores in the area and the carhops that bring items to the car are awesome.
But whoever is bagging things needs to pay attention and DO BETTER!
