I am not sure if tonight was a off night for them or if this DQ is just this bad. I got a $ 7 meal burger deal and a separate burger meal. Before leaving DQ I noticed fries were missing from the order and I went in and got that corrected before going home. However, one of the burgers were missing things on it and I didn’t notice that until I was already home. My money was definitely wasted here.

We always run through the drive-through at this location when we’re back in town and they’re always great. One girl has worked here forever, she’s always there and I always tell her she should take a break. Apparently today she did, because a guy was working and he was just as nice and attentive. The food is always great, our order is always correct and it may not seem like much, but hung up everywhere are signs telling employees what will happen if they’re caught on their phones. There is an absolute difference with businesses that run like this and yes, we notice! And we appreciate it… Highly recommend.

I love it when you find a solid Dairy Queen. Every time I have been there, it has been very clean. Pretty sure someone in management had OCD because even the ketchup and condiment packets were all lined up in perfect order which I love. Food and staff were great.

at the pendleton dairy queen i was very excited to go in and enjoy one of my favorite meals. i was very surprised when my 4 pc. chicken tender basket came with two unevenly cut pieces of bread. not toast. i then went up and asked for some toasty bread and was again surprised when they said that they don’t have butter. why can’t you butter my toast? or better yet why can’t you even make the toast you advertise rather than slapping two pieces of bread in the box. i was very unhappy with my visit but i heard the cheese curds were good.

Stopped in Pendleton on way home from family gathering celebrating a loved ones life. Excellent chocolate malt made perfectly with correct, tasty malt and chocolate as well as a Reese’s caramel crunch blizzard. Very little wait. Staff friendly and efficient.

Service was meh. There was tension in the air and one person was doing all the work. For good reason, she seemed frustrated. The outside lights and the ice cream machine were turned off 20 minutes before closing which resulted in squished ice cream cones that started melting before we got seated.

I honestly thought it was a joke when I asked the kid at the counter to fix the blizzard they just made me and he just stood there. I ordered xtra Oreos and xtra cheesecake on one and xtra Oreos on the other and me n my wife just ate 2 cups of pretty much vanilla ice cream and paid almost 20 dollars for them. Plus he seemed like he was about 15 years old and whispered when he talked but the fact he took no action when asked to resolve the problem was almost funny.. I didn’t wanna be the “let me talk to the manager” guy so it’s whatever.. Screw this place lol

I go there in an order a hot fudge sundae. Instead they put chocolate sauce on it when I went back to ask for them to fix it they refused to do it when I ask for a refund they refuse to give me a refund I have my daughters with me I was not trying to get irate with these people Proceeded to slam the drive-through window and walked away. I will be looking into suing this place, and if the odor reads this, please reach out to me taking somebody’s money with the level of customer service at that was displayed is unprofessional and to do that in front of my kids is very unsettling.

I really had fun eating here with my friends!!! I had a large yummy blizzard with my chicken tenders!! The cashier is also very polite and kind, they wave everytime!!
