Their popular breakfast sandwich did not disappoint. Definitely a blend of filipino taste and american twist. the pork sisig was spot on. though i would rather not have hard fries, which is the reason why i gave 4 stars on the food.

I got the Papa Noodle. It was so good. My coworker got the adobo quesidella. For the price she got a really good amount. We are now planning on going back sometime this week. So freaking delicious.

I haven’t been to this place since 6 months ago. I use to come here alot when this place open because it was much closer here then there Tracy location. Atleast Tracy location has places to park at. Yes! This place location is ridiculous hard to find a parking spot and so many homeless people around it. There restroom is still closed since 6 months ago. So dining is not a good option. I have no problem with the food. It was delicious! But I miss the old menu when they started in Tracy. This is why they probably lost their older customers because they completely changed half their menu. Idk ♂️ maybe they have a new owner since they took out there fountain soda so no free refills. Idk ♂️ what happened to my old reviews! I know i made one on this location long time ago.

Hubby and I were in Stockton to give a training. Craving for Filipino food, we came here for lunch. We ordered lechon kawali, bangus and dinuguan meals with turon and halo-halo. Food was alright, although the lechon kawali and the turon weren’t the best. Lechon kawali was bland and not too crunchy as I expected it to be. Turon had a soggy banana inside. Staff were pleasant and served well. Space was big but their color black seemed a bit depressing to me. I hope they’ll brighten it up with some nice large wall accents.

The food was absolutely delicious and authentic. Service was great. A bit on the pricey side. Can get really busy during weekdays lunch. Just a few minutes walk from the courthouse. Must try.

I got the sisig empanadas and pork belly sandwich.
Sisig empanadas: Maybe I don’t know how empanadas are normally, but this was just too doughy for me. Filling to dough ratio was not great for me. Flavor was pretty decent and I enjoyed it otherwise. If there was a bunch of cilantro to eat on the side instead of garnish I’d like that more. I did have high expectations after reading all the reviews though, and I have only found maybe one or two places where I liked their empanadas.
Pork Belly Sandwich: Decent portion of meat and relatively worthwhile price. I would’ve appreciated maybe a tad better distribution or portion of meat though. Could fill me up for a meal and great $10 ish lunch after tax. Flavor of the pork belly was alright, although the texture wasn’t fantastic (I didn’t like the way it was cooked). It was a bit gummy but maybe that’s the intention. Cole slaw filling was interesting. The sandwich overall was reminiscent of banh mi, although quite different which is where the “fusion” might be. Again, I think it would taste better with more cilantro.
I had to wait maybe 10 minutes for my order because it was fairly busy for lunch.
Overall it’s one of the better choices to eat out for lunch for the price near the courthouse. I would recommend it if you’re in the area. I’d come back and maybe try one of their normal plates.
Interior was interesting but felt lacking in design. Maybe could fill their walls with more decoration, but they had neat vintage photos. Plenty of seating I think. Soy sauce and vinegar on the side near the soda fountain and can ask for sriracha packs, but other sauces are extra.

Such a great surprise to know there is a big Filipino community here followed by some excellent food here! I had the recommended and popular “Urb Burger” with some sisig fries on the side and a fresh mango juice. Filipino food is my soul food and they hit the spot! Definitely will be here again and suggest others come by too.

Lumpia is very crispy, but it barely had any actual beef just lots of veggies.

I ordered multiple items from the menu with each providing a unique and flavorful experience. The fries, the adobo, everything was delish. In fact, when I was walking around the corner on my way, a friend was just leaving and recommended the fries. Yum!
