It is a great DQ. The location is great close to the bridge to the Cedar Point. However, it might be hard to get back to the main road during rushing hour when traffic is packed for the Cedar Point.

The employees were all super nice and friendly. Very kind, and the food was good. Great Dairy Queen for all of those reasons. The manager was an older lady who was REALLY rude to all of her employees. It ruined our atmosphere because she was screaming at them for random things the entire time. She really needs to be talked to. And Dairy Queen shouldn’t be hiring someone who is that rude to her employees… it’s practically workplace abuse.

The royal cheesecake flurry is so wrong. You get it and then realize you have been dieting, and it is too good. Big hunks of cheesecake and strawberries on the inside. I planned to eat only half and let the kids eat the other half. They are small, and they never finish half of their cup of ice cream.

I’m normally not one to leave a negative review. Customer service was alright or at least I have no major complaints as far as that was concerned… but both my friend and I were vomiting within 20 minutes to an hour of eating food from here. We borh ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. I ate roughly half of my burger and stopped because it tasted a little off whereas my friend ate the whole burger. Noteably, my friend has a far worse case of food poisoning than I do. Feeling pretty awful and disappointed that our day has turned into this.

Unfortunately we arrived right as inside closed. Employees were emptying trash and leaving while others tended to drive-thru. No problem, i thouht. A vehicle full of hungry teens so i figured we’d grab some drive-thru and be on our way. 30 minutes. It took almost 30 minutes to order and get fast food. Interesting enough, i had a DQ employee in my car and he was.stumped at what was takong so long when we counted at least 7 employees workimg inside once we got up to the food window. Strange experience.

Picked up some blizzards right after cedar point. I don’t know if they have different hours unless it online, or the employees were just nice enough to wait for the after park crowd to work its way through the line, but we were able to get ice cream 15 after they closed according to Google

We ordered approximately $21 worth of food and when we got to the window the cashier wanted to charge us $29.13. I asked for an itemized receipt and they began checking it against my order. They had charged us separately for a drink that was included in a value meal and charged us full price for 2 cheeseburgers that should have been 2 for $5. At least 3 people spent about 15 minutes trying to fix it but eventually gave us a receipt that only showed they were taking $4 off the order. When I asked for a receipt showing how much was going on my card they said “call the manager tomorrow if you have an issue”. By the time we left the problem wasn’t fixed and the drive through line was around the building and into the street. The credit card has not shown yet any money taken off for the overcharge.

I drove further to go to this DQ since the one Huron has the worst service every. Everything we ordered was amazing, and the service was out of this world. The young girl with the dark hair working the drive thru was so joyful and sweet. She made our experience what it was. We will be coming back. Thank you!

The burgers were amazing but my medium blizzard chocolate chip was like a melt shake if you flipped this up side down you would have a huge mess!!!!!!! This on the one by Cedar Point will never go there again. I was looking forward to my blizzard too.
