The cost of a medium Blizzard was stated as $6.46. I get to the window and give them the correct change. “Uh, sir we don’t accept penny’s.” So I took my penny back and asked if we were good. “No sir, you owe me a nickel.”
I won’t go into the legal tender thing but a business with any scruples would round down 1 cent rather than round up 4. I’m saddened by this obvious attempt to put a few more penny’s in an owners pocket at the expense of his customers.

My husband and I went in yesterday( Saturday around 1:30) to get the cupcake valentine treats they are advertising for the upcoming Valentine’s Day this week. The dining room only had one other family in there. It was a daughter and the son so they were not busy. Not only did we stand there forever it seemed before we were even greeted. The lady came to the register with her gloves on preparing food and Instead of saying hello or what can I get you today? It was “yes? “ Then proceeds to accidentally call me a, sir, and then corrects herself and goes I mean ma’am. I told her if it was an inconvenience, we could come back and she goes. “No, I’ll take my gloves off just for you”. Then proceeds to tell me that the drive-through was wrapped around and they are shorthanded. Needless to say, after being completely disgusted, I went onto to ask her about the valentines cupcakes, and she said that they can’t get them, Cisco food distributor will not bring them to that Dairy Queen. We just turned around and left at that point. This is about the third time that we have given this place a chance and we will never be back again.

The Glasgow dairy Queen Is the teamu version of a real dairy Queen. You don’t get the upside down blizzards you get a soda lid on top of your blizzard. Your blizzard is not the proper temperature and comes out just like a milkshake. The atmosphere is sketchy and the employees definitely hate their job. But if you prefer a milkshake instead of a blizzard then this is a place for you

The service was terrible! The lady that took our order was rude, and when we pulled up to the window she practically threw our food at us and slammed the window back. Also who puts soda lids on blizzards.

Ordered 2 mini pecan turtle blizzards at drive through. When given to us, there were kids on them and they didn’t turn them upside down as advertised. When opened, they were thinner than a milk shake. Pulled around and went in. The lady inside was nice and fixed more. Still had lids on them, didn’t turn them upside down and were about the consistency of a milk shake thus time.

Food was excellent as always! However the Cashier/Manager lady was extremely rude almost belligerent. Not a good culture among employees. The atmosphere was clean, but Hot..about 77 degrees…With those observations the Food makes it worth the visit!
