1st problem Whoever answers the phones, she needs to go!!!! RUDE as all hell.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This girl argued with me about the food not being undercooked, if it wasn’t a delivery and I wasnt working I’d of went in the store! How are you going to tell me it’s fine? I said I’ll send you pictures!!!! RAW the food was 110% raw!!! Why are you arguing with me insted of just trying to make it right? There should be quality control, Whoever mans the oven is NOT doing a good job, maybe they should go back to food handlers classes. You can CLEARLY see the cheese is not melted! Why do you think it’s okay to serve this? Then argue about making it right? Maybe just do it right the first time? Turn up the oven again little bit? Make a few test run pizzas. Literally it’s a temperature thing that can fix this little problem that’s costing you all of your customers. How are you all even still open? The place should be shut down! DO NOT EAT HERE! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH AN OUNCE OF RESPECT! The worst experience I have EVER had with a pizza place.

You can tell the people preparing the food don’t care about their jobs, and the people hiring them don’t care about the clients.
Ordered BBQ wings, and the chicken looked severely undercooked, like they didn’t bother cooking them thoroughly.
The person who prepared the wings didn’t even bother finding the BBQ sauce. They just reached for the tomato sauce instead, because they couldn’t be bothered with preparing them correctly. BBQ sauce is supposed to smell and taste sweet and savory. This smelled and tasted acidic, and like tomato sauce out of a can. No other flavor but tomato. Completely inedible.

I ordered a specialty pizza on Sunday 12/21 and I only wanted the ingredients on one side and the other side only pepperoni we’ll there was a misunderstanding and the whole pizza came with all the ingredients and half without pepperoni so I was ready to buy a medium pepperoni for my granddaughter and the owner and manager my guess made the pizza and there was no charge the pizza is great and I’ll continue to get my pizzas from there

We live around the corner and have always ordered from Speedys and it has always been good…this time our pizza was horrible and my wife called to complain and they told her that they had received several complaints about the quality of the pizza they also told her they will make us another …y wife called today and they said they have no record of anyone offering us another pie. The person my wife spoke to was Mark. No all of a sudden there is no mark at Speedys. We shall take our business elsewhere….

I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas from Speedy’s on Zaragoza, and I got two cheese pizzas instead. When I went to pick up the order, the cashier/ manager Dana charged me twice for my order and still got it wrong…Very unprofessional, absolutely no customer service.

This pizza is so good, when it’s fully cooked. Such a shame! We have tried varies locations to see if we would be in luck with a good pizza, but No! Honestly idk what the deal is… but we decided to give it one more chance and the dough is under cooked again. Yuk! Money wasted, again.

Ordered mango habanero did not tasted as such not even close also que chicken wings they where not even marinated just the sauce on top of it but nothing at bottom of it…I feel disappointed because I am been supporting this business since they open many years ago…just lost a client…also the size of the chicken on the pizza

That day I got the order that had a large pizza, 1 pound of wings and soda. When I walked out of this place the wings weren’t wrapped up right and the honey BBQ sauce drop all over my hands. I went back in to get a bag. When I got home I opened the pizza box (as seen in the picture) the pizza was cut really bad and a piece of the pizza was missing. The pizza wasn’t even cook in the middle it was still doughy. I called back to tell them about what happened. I got a young lady that said she was the manager. They did redo my order but I had to pay the delivery fee. I took time out to go pick it up and still had to pay to get it to my house. If the employees weren’t on there phones and take selfies. Look at you then walk away and have to wait for somebody to come to the front or be eating in the front and give your back to me like I can’t see you. This is the first time in years of going to speedys and get this kind of service. I hope they look at this highschool kids and have someone watch over them.
