No one stood up or spoke when I walked in. I had to find someone sitting on their phone when I came in. The other person was cleaning the soda machine and didn’t turn around at all. I then grabbed the food that I ordered online. Default poke bowl for my spouse and she didn’t get the sauce. Then my food was absolutely atrocious looking. The chicken is dry. The avocado is clearly on its way out and the veggies look smashed and dried like they had been sitting there since I put my order in back at like 6:30 when I asked for it to be ready at 8.

So disgusting. I ordered a chicken sweet and sour bowl and it’s literally a pile of practically raw onions sitting on to. Not a single red pepper. Also, just entirely forgot to include the other food that I paid for! What a joke.

I called in my order and Jacob answered the phone — polite, upbeat, and genuinely helpful. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and even double-checked everything before hanging up. When I came in, Debbie handled the transaction with a smile and great energy. You can tell they both care about their customers.
The $5 breakfast burrito is unheard of these days, especially with how fresh the ingredients are. Everything tasted like it came straight from the kitchen garden. Perfectly portioned, packed with flavor, and served with great service.
Huge shout-out to Jacob and Debbie — they make this place worth coming back to!

So disappointed! I have never had a bad experience at CBW but I went through the drive thru today and ordered a thai wrap and some wontons. The service was good and fairly quick. The wontons were perfect! But the wrap has almost no sauce on it whatsoever. I pulled the whole thing apart thinking maybe it was just all lumped in one spot but no. I ate a few bites of the areas that had a bit of sauce and then had to toss the rest. Really sucks.

This was the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced at any of these locations. Kee J was very unprofessional, rude, and disorganized. When we walked in she immediately said we had to use the machine before even greeting us. She then proceeded to talk and laugh with her employee as if she didn’t have customers. I then proceeded to order a wrap and she wasn’t listening and then was dishonest and said: “We don’t have build your own wrap here.” I’ve been to several locations including this one and they ALWAYS let you build your own wrap. This makes me want to only visit the Chesterfield or other locations where the person at the register has professionalism. The food was fine, but having to deal with Kee’s attitude was absurd! Also the other employee was also rude and talking about customers at the drive through stating “jerk wraps are nasty” and making fun of customers. The kitchen staff were two awesome gentleman and the only ones with professionalism. Customer service really could use some work here and that’s putting it politely.

I normally get good food from here but tonight there were two people working and I ordered a chicken ceaser wrap with brown rice. The wrap had no dressing and had white rice. half the wrap had no protein and and 3 pieces were breading with no chicken. Now I dont feel this mistake was made due laziness but made due to being short hand. it was made well just not what I ordered with no sauce. I won’t hold this against this location but will be checking my order before I leave now. I went on Friday at 730pm 10/17
I do hope they chicken was a one off as well and they have not lowered their food quality.

This was my first time having CB&W and this location did not disappoint. First walking in, we could smell the cleanliness. The staff was pleasant and professional. The food was fresh and very good! I will return!
