DQ is still a good burger and ice cream option, with a $7 meal deal that’s a hard to beat combo for a light meal with a dessert. Pretty decent burgers, nothing really unique but not bad. Ice cream is their own brand of soft serve which is tasty and goes well with your comfort foods. This restaurant is usually pretty slow, lots of staffing issues, but the ones who do show up are doing their best. Store is dated but kept clean.

I enjoy their honey bbq chicken, but the last two times I went there I got less than a small fry at McDonald’s, with a 6 piece chicken meal. If you’re paying $12 to eat at a fast food place, then there should be ample amount of everything. The kid who was making my last order couldn’t be bothered to cut my toast and was touching it with his bare hands. That’s exactly how people get sick.

Ordered a drive-thru order, had to pull up for biscuits and then I get home and there is hardly any gravy on the biscuits, I called about this and the manager proceeded to argue with me about my order. I even took pictures so you can’t tell me there was two scoops of gravy on each order because there wasn’t. I was not pleased nor was I satisfied because I paid for something that I didn’t receive. Don’t go to this location they are very rude employees and managers.

Was a short drive through line but took forever. It was such a long wait, by the time we got up to the window, our ice cream had melted and they had to remake it. They handed us our ice cream and said “have a good night” even though we were still waiting on food. Sat there for a while longer trying to get their attention before they finally gave us the rest of our food.

We just left there. I got the new onion ring and fry chicken basket. The waitress was RUDE. We asked for ketsup when we placed our order and she didn’t bring any. Just an eye roll. Then I went to the counter because I didn’t get my toast. When it was handed to me it was just bread with butter on it. I asked if they could grill it more very nice and she said that’s how they do it. I walked away and said that’s not how they do it at home. She started screaming. What did you say. What did you say and then bashed me to whom ever would listen as I tried to eat what of my food was edible. Don’t go and eat at this DQ unless you want poor service and to be talked about screaming at everyone.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The first time I came here, I went through the drive through. The lady taking my order went completely silence mid order. Finally I said Hello? She then said “pull around please”. She was completely untrained and had to call a manager over 3 times because she didn’t know which button to press. Her name was Lilly. The second time I came in, my order was taken immediately however my debit card wouldn’t read. Unfortunately, the guy who took my order (Terrence) had disappeared to the kitchen. Finally after 10 minutes of standing there, the nice lady from the drive through had helped out. I understand they’re probably short staffed however please just train the staff you have.
