This is directed towards one employee. Everything else about the staff and restaurant were perfect. A kid came in with his mom’s credit card and was immediately rude to the Supervisor/manager running the register at the time. Demanding a mixed blizzard. Making snark comments and then saying “this is an ugly blizzard” and going back out to his mom’s car. I initially thought it was a customer, but found out soon enough that he was an employee. Not clocked in yet, mind you, but still reflecting the company. He did this in front and to multiple other employees and customers. He stated he wasn’t “mad just tired”. He was probably 16 and on the shorter side with his work shirt tucked into his jeans. I didn’t catch a name but wanted to shed some light on it because it was completely unacceptable. I worked as a supervisor and assistant manager for 10 years and if I had seen that, he would’ve been asked to leave, reprimanded, or fired on the spot. A very toxic attitude and work environment and he just got away with it. I noticed a camera above the service counter so it shouldn’t be hard to spot. This was on 7/20/23 at around 3:48PM.

Flame thrower burger was not bad. Chili cheese fries were enjoyable, but it was put in a hot dog container. Girl at the window was very friendly. I’m sure she would make a good wife to someone. Not to busy on a Wed night around 7pm.

Eggs were nasty, I haven’t had decent eggs here in a long time. Bacon tasted old biscuits were hard and gravy was like water. What happened to this place. I used to love to eat here.

Rotisserie chicken bites and onion ring were very good, the bread was very, very hard like it had been sitting for a while. This is only my second time at this Dairy Queen as I only work here in Brandenburg, and this time was disappointed.

Back again as we eat here often, not sure how long that will continue. Prices continue to increase while food quality and service decline at an alarming rate.

I ordered my child a ice cream cake from this location, I arrived today 11/27/2021 and they had me come in and I go in and give my order to one of the workers, she started getting irritated and said I’m not dealing with this and gave it to the manager and said here you deal with this, I was a little taken back by her, then another lady walks in behind me and another worker walks around and greeted me, then the lady behind me asked a question so that worker asked the first lady her request and she thought it was me and said she is going to have to wait because she went back to look for her cake, the worker said its not her it a different lady, then she yells out this is annoying, this is so annoying, she apparently was having a bad day, so Angel and another gentleman gives me my cake and I noticed the roses were a little smashed I was like no big deal but I told the guy I had to pay for the cake, he begins to walk away and the worker who greeted me asks if she could ring me up and I guess he said yes because she went to ring me up and angel asks her what she was doing, and she said he told her he could ring me up, well I spoke up and said I needed to pay as well that the online wouldn’t let me pay. I paid and left, well when I got home and opened the cake some of the other area was also dented, Angel ended up calling me and said I could come back and get my money back, well I drove all back over and she refused to give me my money after telling me over the phone she would!

What kind of ice cream shop doesn’t have strawberries for a strawberry shake? We TRY to spend money at Brandenburg restaurants but when y’all don’t have what we drove 20 miles for and the staff are just this side of rude and inept (salt? Ketchup? Had to ask twice), why bother?

Just came from there , nothing was clean in the lobby. You can tell some of the sauce have been on the table for a while , employees looked like they were just standing or sitting around. The cashier seemed nice and polite , but will not be coming back due to the lobby. I work in fast food and lord forbid if we left our lobby like that.
