The little redhead at the window was rude! She’s my “niece” but doesn’t speak to me! She’s decided not to make eye contact to me as a customer. And she turned to her coworkers and said something about me because they all looked out at me smiling. That’s not appropriate for a business! If Adissyn is gonna be at the window she needs to be courteous to ALL customers.

Where is the sasuage? Last time I left a review, it was the same problem. It’s always the same problem and I don’t understand how it is… Every picture shows sasuage in the gravy and everytime we try again, we are met with sausage-less gravy. It’s false advertising in a sense. If anything, give 2 sasauge patties so I can tear it up and mix it in myself.

DO NOT GO. Placed online order received an email confirmation, money was taken out of my account, and confirmation on app that the order was placed. Went through drive thru to pick up. was told the receipt didn’t print so they couldn’t make it yet. understandable. told me to pull to the 3rd window. i did. about 5-6 min later a manger came to the window has black hair. i think her name is trish. told me to park because i was “holding up the drive thru” and they would bring it out to me. waited a total of 20 minutes when i went back through the drive through to see if it had been printed yet and was told it wasn’t I told her i had waited 20 minutes and she told me there’s nothing she can do and i told her i was coming in and she said okay great. I immediately asked for a manager when i went in and continently it was her. she walked over to me with an attitude and i told her the situation again and showed her the confirmations and where the payment had went through. She then tells me there’s nothing she can do. I told her that it’s been 20 mins so is it ever going to print and she told me there’s nothing she can do until it prints. i said okay either refund me or give me my order. in her words “it comes out of her pocket she’s not paying for my dairy queen tonight” and walks away after throwing her hands up in my face. not able to have a conversation all. worst customer service i have seen in my life. i requested another manager that easily just fixed my order and for that i am thankful she had blond hair and a food allergy so she had another person make my blizzard. Will NEVER be back. i would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to ever go back to that dairy queen. i have never been disrespected like that in my life. I honestly can not believe how rude. I even heard conversations with other customers in the drive thru and she was just as rude. it was awful.

Overall, the food is good here. I do like the fact they still honor the senior citizens discount. The food is hot and fresh and they seem to take care to package it properly when you use the drive thru. I do think their desserts are over priced. I purchased the orange vanilla creme milk shake and it was 7.99+tx and that is expensive but yes it was very good. Mostly the employees are kind and respectful to the customers. The restaurant is always very clean and well maintained inside and out. Plenty of parking available and outside picnic or eating area that nice and kept clean. I would recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

Rotisserie chicken bites and onion ring were very good, the bread was very, very hard like it had been sitting for a while. This is only my second time at this Dairy Queen as I only work here in Brandenburg, and this time was disappointed.

I ordered my child a ice cream cake from this location, I arrived today 11/27/2021 and they had me come in and I go in and give my order to one of the workers, she started getting irritated and said I’m not dealing with this and gave it to the manager and said here you deal with this, I was a little taken back by her, then another lady walks in behind me and another worker walks around and greeted me, then the lady behind me asked a question so that worker asked the first lady her request and she thought it was me and said she is going to have to wait because she went back to look for her cake, the worker said its not her it a different lady, then she yells out this is annoying, this is so annoying, she apparently was having a bad day, so Angel and another gentleman gives me my cake and I noticed the roses were a little smashed I was like no big deal but I told the guy I had to pay for the cake, he begins to walk away and the worker who greeted me asks if she could ring me up and I guess he said yes because she went to ring me up and angel asks her what she was doing, and she said he told her he could ring me up, well I spoke up and said I needed to pay as well that the online wouldn’t let me pay. I paid and left, well when I got home and opened the cake some of the other area was also dented, Angel ended up calling me and said I could come back and get my money back, well I drove all back over and she refused to give me my money after telling me over the phone she would!

Update:
After the way they treated me: I honestly don’t recommend doing business with this DQ again it’s a shame you try to keep it local business but the way they treated me it was very sad!
I just came to pick my child’s birthday cake up I honestly couldn’t believe it was so overwhelming for that young lady to get a cake!

I just wanted to say I have only visited this DQ maybe 5 times out of the 22 years I have lived in this area!
This was the first time I was treated like that here!

I never received any money back on this cake either, it really wasn’t about that anyway it was the way they treated me! I don’t even know any of these people personally so I honestly don’t know what I did to deserve that!

Food was good and hot, but you’ll have to eat it like Adam richman doing a challenge on man verse food as the building is so ungodly cold there in there you could get hypothermia just trying to eat your food. Ain’t no reason for the building to be 58 degrees
