Waited in the drive through for almost 40 minutes for 2 burgers, a blizzard, and a sundae. They were fully staffed and just simply seemed to not want to work. I would recommend better staff.

Terrible experience! Placed an order for two mini blizzards and had to wait 25 minutes to finally receive them. I got there at 7:12pm and walked out the door at 7:37pm. Everyone after me that came through that door had paid, got their meals and left. It doesn’t take 25 minutes to make two mini blizzards. They didn’t even flip the blizzards as they’re suppose to! My order was all forgotten about. Very upset and disappointed! I had to get their attention to let them know I haven’t gotten my stuff and that they forgot about me. Thanks to an employee asking about me after I had mentioned about my order being forgotten about. Need better front line crew!

Where do I start… let’s start with the lil fat unprofessional manger. The employees need to take “food handling classes” asap they touch the trash can, cleaning buckets, money, and their a*s without washing their hands before fixing drinks, ice cream, and bagging food. The Manager refuse to address the situation and refuse to refund your food when you complain. This place is gross and the management is disgusting in every way. ♀️

I ordered 2 blizzards and the cake in the blizzard was freezer burned. So I took them back in and the manager was a heavy set girl with glasses and very rude and disrespectful saying I couldn’t get a refund or a new blizzard made with a attitude because no one els has complained about the blizzard and that the cake was just opened. She wasn’t smart enough to even realize the cake was frozen before it was opened and that all freezer items can freezer burn! She proceeded to argue and then called her boss after 20 minutes of her disrespectful mouth I finally received my refund. The other customers standing in line even stated she was rude and unprofessional and wouldn’t be ordering any ice cream either. 1 of the BEST establishments of its kind or any other for that matter in or around Bainbridge, Georgia. Thank You for showing me just how close we as humans can get to perfection!!In this world, nothing and no one is perfect, and some, well most, are content with that, but there are a few that have and will continue to strive to reach perfection. Along the way, there will be ups and downs well that’s when the court of public opinion steps in. Whether they are or aren’t completely correct with their complaint is relative, but ultimately it highlights a problem. When you doing something that’s not right and no one corrects you you’ll continue, it’s human nature. Not telling someone no is just like telling them yes. About a month ago I wrote a review on this Dairy Queen that was harsh but noticed the service was degrading and this being one of my truly favorite restaurants I was offended so I lashed out. Well they didn’t hunt me down like a few in town have, now they asked an acquaintance to have me contact them, what they did was take what I said to heart, look into it, and handle it, quickly I might add. Today was the 6th time I’ve been back and the SERVICE, FOOD, and ATMOSPHERE each time has been flawless and as close to perfect as humanly possible. Thank you, owners and staff, for renewing my confidence in every aspect of TRUE customer service.
