Got a Chocolate Brownie Supreme, they gave me vanilla ice cream with oreos. When we came back around they insisted that that’s just what the order was. I told them it’s supposed to have chocolate ice cream and brownies in it atleast and he denied it.

I ordered a royal choco brownie extreme blizzard and what I got was a melty vanilla ice cream with chocolate chip chunks on the top with what seemed like oreo crumbs mixed into the top and once you got past the 1st layer all there was is vanilla ice cream… it also took them forever to give it to me when I was the only person waiting on an order.

Valentine’s Day, we wanted a special treat – Choco dipped Strawberry Blizzards. We got less than ½ way down our cups, and it was just vanilla ice cream. Dairy Queen, isn’t the flavor of the Blizzard suppose to be all the way through the shake? We paid almost $15 for two large and only got flavor for one!

Went twice in the last week, first visit was great. Had a twist come absolutely amazing on the hot day. Second visit however I had a piece of sharp hard plastic in my blizzard. It sliced the inside of my mouth when I bit down thinking it was a cookie. No one answered the phone when we called and ended up having all the kids throw their ice cream away. I love DQ, but that was upsetting.

Employee told me the ice cream machine was down with technical difficulties which I can understand! However, she then went on to say accidentally over her head set “go home.” Unprofessional and a bit tacky! Hopefully they can find some better help!
