This was my first time at Qdoba, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Lucia welcomed me so warmly and kindly asked whether I was ready to order or needed more time, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Giselle recommended mixing both quesos, and I’m so glad I listened—great suggestion! To top it all off, Daniel was outstanding with his service from start to finish.
I also really appreciated that they were bilingual and incredibly kind, which made the experience even better. Lucia cooks everything fresh and was upfront in letting me know I might need to wait a couple of minutes because she takes her time to thoroughly cook everything—and that care truly shows. When we talk about Qdoba, we talk about freshness and quality, and that’s exactly what I experienced.
I would recommend this location to anyone. In my opinion, it’s better than Chipotle, Moe’s, and Willy’s (and I really like Moe’s). Thank you to the Qdoba team at Sandy Springs—you’ll definitely be seeing me again.

First things first, the service was exceptional. Israel got things started by preparing the first part of my burritos, and then Ms. Lydia stepped in and took it to the next level—super friendly, helpful, and made some of the most delicious burritos I’ve had. To top it all off, Ms. Lucia checked me out, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. The level of professionalism and genuine friendliness from the entire team was outstanding. And of course, the food was amazing.

I placed an order via their app. My order wasn’t prepared when I got there but the cashier immediately checked in with me. The food maker began making my order as soon as she finished with the customer she was helping even though 2 new customers were walking up to the counter. My bowl was very good and a generous portion size. Only complaint is they put the dressing on my bowl when it should’ve been on the side.

The food here was just alright. Nothing jumped out as a reason to return. The cilantro rice was bland. I asked for the surf and turf bowl and they gave me like five little shrimp and the steak didn’t taste marinated. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t good either. Just ok. The service was adequate.

I ordered food for delivery online and my order was wrong. I ordered a chicken bowl and there is barely any meat. Seems like they attempted to cover the top of the bowl with toppings so they wouldn’t have to put my protein on the bowl. I asked for sour cream on the side, there was none in the bag. No chips included. Then I called and it took 10 times to get someone to answer the phone. I’m so disappointed with qdoba, and I really hope this signals the employees to double check their orders before sending food out! It’s not that hard to review an order and ensure that the order is correct! It’s really frustrating when you can get the simplest of orders correct, especially when it’s an option on the site. Please do better

I have been doing catering business with the Sandy Springs GA Qdoba for 3 years. They’re constantly reliable and the food is always delicious. When catering for a large group Qdoba is about as good as you can get!

Definitely the tastiest of all the burrito options and portions will fill you up! The Glenridge location is always clean and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

Very disappointing meal I had from this location and something about it was off. Not what I usually expect from Qdoba. I’ve ordered from another location in the past and it always arrived nice and fresh and even warm despite it being farther away from my house. This just tasted bitter, overcooked and I could sense that something was not right.
I ate over half of it before chucking it into the bin and not even the soda could fully get rid of the aftertaste that was lingering in my mouth and I didn’t even get to try the chips either. It was only when I got some water and a Snickers bar that it went away.
I really tried with this one, but the rice was tasteless, these red onions were everywhere and were not it for me, and even the steak was just there. I really hope this location improves and what I experienced was just a fluke and that’s why I’m writing this review to leave feedback on the experience. I spent over $30 for the meal btw total with the delivery charges and everything so that’s why this hurt more than it should have.

Great food, Great service. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. I order the chicken bowl, brown rice, grilled Adobe chicken, 3 cheese queso, Pico de gallo, 3 cheese blend, corn, cilantro, black beans. Always get the large cheese queso and the spicy and a large bag of chips. So good love this place.

1st time. So here isa salad bar kindof service. U choose your toppings. I was iffy cause i just wanted traditional tort chkn soup but gave in to try and glad i did. Wasnt the traditional chkn soup but this was absolutely tasty. Def worth it. Did pay $11 which most places are alot more portion for less price but again. This soup was very good. Very hearty. Flavorful. & u add whatever u want.
